The concept of the new revamp is great! Atmosphere once going was lovely, was not expecting to stay for so long. The Pizzas are genuinely lovely and the waitresses are beautiful! Ash in particular was an absolute Star because we were faced with a few issues and she was adorable. There are a few issues I do have. I found when ordering the drinks you would have a card machine pushed in your face instantly rather than being asked ‘cash or card’ every time an order was placed did this happen it was bit frustrating especially when you’d still be waiting quite a while for the drinks and change to come. After receiving an incorrect drink order I was promptly told by one of waitresses that’s what I ordered according to the barman/manager. This was not the waitresses fault and I asked to actually speak to the manager if I liked the drink I would’ve just drank it but I didn’t. The manager came over and told me that’s what it was as she made the drinks menu herself! Again I explained them being completely different in colour and taste and she finally agreed to make me another one but assured me it’d come out the same. Well when she made what I ordered and it was complete different to what I’d received.. showing that a mistake was made, which was fine because they happen and it was busy but a simple rectification was amplified by the Managers arrogance which was further evidenced by sending it over to me via a waitress because she didn’t like that I was right!! A couple of the draft pints came flat which isn't ideal but not end of the world, the cocktails were pretty decent
The problem was when the waiter accidently took away a couple of half full drinks, we brought this up to the staff who "checked" and confirmed nobody had taken our drinks from outside, the manager made us feel like we were in the wrong and were making it up. He refused to make us new drinks. I pointed out there was a camera on the area where the drinks were taken from, they didn't seem to care and didn't look at this just brushed us off

Read moreSo I frequently visit this venue and besides the unnecessary wait to be served at bar most nights are okay but tonight not .we are at bar three of us and as the drinks are being served we suspect some random guy has put something in my mates drink and notify a member of the bar staff.she forwards the complain to the shift manager or supervisor who then asks us to identify the guy .we and he cannot find him .it is explained that nothing is going to be done if we cannot find the suspect. The drink in question has not been consumed at all at is still at bar. The shift manager goes around looking for man of the description given . The manager doesn't come back to us nor say anything he carries on to serve people as though our worry has self resolved. Not on a serious suspicion of this kind just ignored totally....
