Really love this inviting sandwich spot in Edinburgh.
The people running the shop are warm, friendly, and helpful. Can't really ask for more than that, really.
The morning rolls are pretty spectacular. I know that sounds completely hyperbolic, but those rolls…soft, warm, pillowy. I could eat them for days. The fillings are generous and tasty. I love a roll with streaky bacon and egg, as well as, a square sausage, egg, and tattie scone.

Whilst the general staff were lovely, the food was overpriced and had very clearly simply been microwaved from frozen - at those prices much higher quality should be expected - as well as that, I couldn’t help but notice the male owner being extremely smug, and rude to his staff, which as a former hospitality worker, makes me sick to my stomach. All I can say is that this cafe is very y cosy place, lovely service, the lady by the till was very helpful, greets you with a smile and overall she has amazing good energy, good mocha, affordable prices, which is quite suprise for the area and the breakfast rolls tastes like home.
Definitely on my next stay in Edinburgh I am going to visit this cafe...
