horrible service, we ordered at 19.30pm and it said it would be here by 20.20 at the LATEST. by 20.55 we were still waiting. as my father in law (whom we live with at the moment) has terminal cancer and is quite ill, he has to have early nights. we were waiting AT the window (my husband was) and at around 20.15 i went outside to wait so that they would not disturb my father in law with the door knocking. we decided to call them to see what was happening and when it would be here, my husband gave them the address, ref number etc. and all we were told, in a rude manner is that it was our fault, the guy had been here, waited 10 mins while knocking and trying to call the house num, and that, yet again, it was our problem and our neglagance (exact words, becuase it was on speaker and we all heard it.) we TOLD them that my hubby was at the window waiting to see if anyone came and that i was outside, that NO ONE had been, were told we were lying, and eventually, they agreed that they would re-send it. we have refused to pay double (which they wanted) and were made to feel like we were trying to scam them and that we were making it up. now we are never ordering online again. and would like to warn others, if you want to order from there, please make sure you go to the place. otherwise, you could be waiting over an hour and a half later like we are.
