Cooplands — Restaurant in England

I went in today as there is not a Gregg's in the town, bad mistake. The steak bake and the pork and apple roll I had was just very flakey pastry that disintegrated into millions of crumbs on biting and it went absolutely everywhere, the filling was sub standard, it tasted more like reconstituted meat. I will not be going in any more Copeland's out of principal, even the card payment machines were not working, very poor in today's day and age. My partner had a chicken bake and that was much the same, but also very bland tasting. Plus to make things worse the chicken bake was served to her straight from the oven, far to hot for consumption. Food was nice, however very unclear where you are meant to go. One member of staff in front, and she was serving somebody at one till while I waited. Then she skipped over me and went to the group of old ladies who had come in after and waited elsewhere!

Poor range of stock although what I had was nice enough. Just a shame the customer service is...
