Absolutely horrendous!

I have never experienced such poor service in the food and hospitality industry in the 16 years I have worked in it!!

After spending a frustrating amount of time trying to book a table using the automated system we arrived , having not booked, as the system Said the reservation could not be made. The restaurant was empty !?

The waiting staff neglected to ask whether or not our party had any allergies and had to be prompted to acknowledge our food preferences, after a difficult ordering process I finally settled on my meal ( most of the items being out of stock ) we were directed to fetch our own salad bowls and proceeded to go up.

Not sure why I bothered to have a small Portion of sweet corn in my salad bowl ( probably because corn on the cob was out of stock for my meal or maybe because the salad bar was Baron) yes EMPTY! the whole gimmick behind The franchise was very sparse

Returning to my seat clearly dismayed and shaking my head I was heckled!! By a chef “What” was bellowed from the kitchen as if to prompt me to reply over the soggy lettuce leaves and depressed deserted slaw trays

Ignoring this and shocked I seated myself waiting for what can only be described as a very disappointing experience when the Mains arrived as both were wrong. The before-mentioned, dietary requirements were completely disregarded by the attending town cryers in the kitchen. Explaining this to the server we had to send our meals back but not before I had to physically poke the food to show staff there was in fact sugar glaze on my meal and i could not eat it

During the wait for a replacement meal our original server was evidently disgruntled and came to a nearby table to clean after previous guests we jumped out of our skin as chairs were loudly slammed into place by a less than happy member of the team this was a visibly uncomfortable experience

When we finally received the correct dishes mine could only be described as SWIMMING in peas ?! Absolutely loads of peas ! The meal was substandard at best and there was no check back we chased staff for a bill and left would never go back
