Krunchy's Sandwich Bar — Restaurant in England

Stopped by here to pick up a sandwich and from the initial look, we thought we might be on to a winner. They had a fairly full looking menu so this had the potential to be good. HOWEVER….i ask the ladies if the could make a vegan sandwich for me (they had zero options for vegetarian or vegan) and they looked at me like I was foreign and had absolutely no idea what vegan was. They made me feel so stupid for asking because they hadn’t a clue what I meant. I turned around and walked straight out. So, if you do indeed want anything that isn’t the standard fit, I’m sure the menu options would suit you. But if you dare want a healthier option that might include the word vegetarian or vegan, prepared to have them look at you like you are stupid....

I took my younger cousin out for a girly day and she had a lot of shopping bags. It was the 21st august on a Friday afternoon the weather was horrible and we got drenched running over the bridge and my cousins bags from primark was coming apart. We ran into your shop and a lovely lovely lady who was working unfortunately I have forgotten her name gave us plastic bags so the stuff we bought wouldn’t get ruined, I offered money but she gave us them free of charge. In the times we are living in something as small gesture as that brightens up your day and shows what kind people they are in the world. Decided to try a sandwich from there after moving offices to close by. I wont be going back!! I had a ham & cheese baguette (which wasn't even a baguette) and a bottle of orange juice and it came to £9.20!!!! I feel as if I was robbed!!! The sandwich wasn't even that nice either with very little filling as I only wanted ham & cheese and the ham was sooo processed and all I could taste was onion and there wasn't even onion in my sandwich.
