My food either came out burnt and cold or under cooked. One of my worst experiences at a Pizza Hut the quality of food is below average and the service was lacking the staff seemed friendly, but slow and not enough of them. Also when I got the buffet they basically only give you 3 choices of pizza as they don’t bother to cook all the flavours listed in buffet, so if you don’t eat pork don’t get your hopes up as on numerous occasions they didn’t even put out a chicken pizza once. Overall I would rate this Pizza Hut more than 2* and I doubt I’ll be returning, as it’s always disappointing when I come here and feel I wasted my money.

So food was served very quickly, I would say the cheese was a bit underdone ... could have had some brown bits rather than just being melted. They stacked up the cheesey garlic bread so it all stuck together in one lump. You order through your phone, but it asks if you want to leave a tip before you pay, and before you know if its worth giving a tip! Feel sorryy for the staff there. The water machine was just a dribble, so if you want some water be prepared to wait. Some outdoor seating available if you like a car park view.

Booked a last table the night before to celebrate my daughters 11th birthday with immediate family. Other than mentioning the booking, there were no signs or expectations. I was asked who's birthday it was, and my daughters day was made with the most amazing surprise. Such a personal touch and a real example of customer service above and beyond! Such kindness, I hope Becca & Danni can be acknowledged for the remarkable way in which they carry out their jobs. Thank you so much, a memory that won't be forgotten.

You have to have a smart phone with you to order at Pizza Hut at the moment. This is the only way you can order the food and pay. The benefit of this is, when you have finished you can just up and leave. I'm sure that this has had an effect on the tips given as all the waiting staff is bring you your food and tidy away. Other than that there is no interaction between staff and customers. Although hard to spot, when you see the mistake with the letters you'll find it annoying.

A truly appalling experience. The ordering system negates any possibility of human contact. Rude staff, undercooked pizza. I had to beg for cutlery, queue for drinks, and not a serviette in place for customers. And then after being effectively ignored as a customer, they requested a tip! £50 for a medium pizza between 2, 6 cheese sticks and 2 diet cokes. I would have received better treatment if I'd purchased a sandwich from a Tesco Express. I will never go back again.
