£35 for two small meals 1 medium one large and three cans of Pepsi the food was Bland and boring everything tasted the same there was no flavour anywhere but that wasn't the worst thing the service I received was shocking three different members of staff serving me at once just trying to rush me through and throwing the food in the box with no passion or love for their job or even any consideration for the customer who is going to attempt to eat what they are making they are rude obnoxious and basically don't care and they will talk all over you amongst themselves if they wish will not be returning due to the food tasting very Bland customer service is the same everywhere nowadays I would even pay more for better tasting food I hope you read this review and change yourselves in a positive Manor I make this place great once again I have been going there for over 10 years I think you have lost your way time to go...

Not the best at all I am afraid, not only were we rushed through the items on offer but not all items were available. This wasn't pointed out to us at the time of ordering, nor a price change to reflect this. I had to return to the kiosk as the forgot to complete my order even though it's a production line type of place. The food didn't really tast of anything but being hungry we ate it anyway, I even asked for chopsticks of which they didn't have, strange I thought as they try to be some sort of Chinese restaurant. I left there feeling a bit ripped off and won't be going back at all. Sad really as I have been before when they were at a different kiosk when the place was called Westfield and it was good then. If I could give zero I would. Customer service is absolutely appalling. The cashier barely even spoke to me and just put his hand out asking for the money, without even asking whether we wanted drinks. Young girl serving the food was horrendous too, no manners, didn't say thank you or have a nice day as we left. Just handed us the tray and walked off. They don't even wear uniform, very unprofessional to come to work in a Nike t-shirt and be allowed to wear your own hats, hats are not provided, they're not wearing hair nets. Food is bland and they've recently become stingy with food portions. This place used to actually be pretty good. You can tell they're under new management because it is just an absolute disgrace now.
