My baby was the only one leaving full and happy! Firstly I think that the price difference between weekends and weekdays for the buffet need to be more clear. Went for the buffet for fathers day, pizza was cold and dry. My little boy had to eat some bits as he was very hungry so had a bit of pizza and a bit of the dried pasta but us adults decided to wait as I asked a server whom stated that it was going to be replenished very soon. A lovely 25minutes later I had to ask a server for drinks and when the food would be ready. Luckily it was just coming out then and we finally got given our glasses for drinks. My nan has health conditions so the wait for drinks and food was slightly worst for her than most. Luckily the pizza and pasta was mediocre (veggie pizza was actually the best) garlic cheese bread completely overdone. We all ate (me, grandad and nan literally had 3 slices each as during the wait we had started to get past it annoyingly). Have to say though unfortunately staff need a really good lesson in service! No asking how anything was, no orders taken, no hi on entry or bye on exit and people there on both occasions, no sauces offered or given (looked but couldn't find any and was quite frankly fed up of finding and asking staff and no smiling. Didn't make for my partners first Father's day or first time trying the restaurant as he grew up in Spain. Won't be back I don't think which is unfortunate as iv had good food in the past (other restaurants as first time trying this one). Spending £75 or so on 4 people for this standard was quite gutting and money I didn't have to spare but wanted to treat the fiance and grandparents. If I had paid for 2 pizzas as we didn't eat anymore than than it would have been much cheaper and maybe better. Sorry...

We arrived at 9.15 after an evening bowling with friends. Asked for a table, told it would be 30 minutes for a table, only 3 other tables had people eating at them, my friend said we would wait as we had to eat. Toilets had vomit on floor in ladies and all over one toilet. Empty wine bottle on floor in toilet. Food all over floor and every table covered in leftover food and plates. Salad bar looked like it had been eaten by animals and did not look edible. Manager clearly didn’t want us there, never spoke to us and was banging furniture around next to us. I heard him say I can’t be arsed to one staff member. Nearly hit my friend in the head with a chair putting them all up around us whilst still waiting for our pizza. We really didn’t want to be in there any longer than we had to, it was a dump and I was a little concerned about the hygiene of the place and food standards looking at the state of everything, but at that time we had little choice. My friend wiped the table with a napkin and water as he wasn’t interested doing it. Clearly hospitality not the right industry for him to work in. The other two employees there were lovely, polite and helpful. Won’t go back, desperate to eat with kids or would have walked out. Didn’t have massive expectations but it was disgusting. Needs a damn good deep clean, some hygiene and customer service training for the “manager”. Read the review about kids eating out of salad bar 4 hours before, only when we had eaten unfortunately. First of all I wouldn’t care to give Pizza Hut one star!! I’ve never had an experience eating out like it, to start we was seated at a table which was extremely unstable and almost caused me to spill Pepsi over my new phone. We was not told where to find drinks and also all glasses and salad bowls were dirty, cutlery had large chunks of food on it. When our food arrived all the meat on the pizza was burnt to a crisp, I could litterally crumble the edged s of the pizza which was also burnt apparently it had what the waiter called a charred effect! After leaving the majority of the food I then asked for the bill, that took a further 25 minutes to arrive due to being blanked by the waiter, I then proceeded to ask a different member of staff who brought it to me! I counted my money and left the exact change for a 10 pound note to be handed back to me because I didn’t care to leave a tip due to the appalling service and quality! I then waited another 30 minutes for my change! When the waiter had finally come to take my money she then returned to my table and said “ seven pound change” I then replied “I should have ten pounds change” she laughed smuggly and said “oh yeah sorry” and passed me the remaining three pounds out of her other hand!
