I had high expectations looking at these reviews but left very disappointed. Service was awful, after waiting 20 mins on the initial drinks order (for 4 people) i went to ask when they would be arriving only to get snapped at but who i assume was the owner! Our waitress couldn't understand English and we had to point at everything we wanted as she made a not on her phone. Starters where okay but the mains not so great, especially the burger which did not come as listed on the menu (different dressing) the pattie itself was a pathetic dried up small bit of meat, awful texture and tasteless. Didn't stay for desert. There was also a 10% service charge added to the bill, which was ironic as the service was awful. Gave the food 2 stars only as the starters were okay. Booked for Sunday evening and decided to try tapas. It is quite a small menu but all food was delicious. Started off well with the lovely warm fluffy bread served with dips. The food was served quickly and was hot and tasty with plenty of salad with each dish. My husband particularly loved the prawns while my brother really enjoyed the garlic mushrooms especially the sauce. I had difficulty deciding on my favourite but pushed would opt for the kofta which was delicious. We were seated upstairs as there was a large party downstairs. The seating are was pleasant and the service exceptional. The only fault we could find was that as with so may restaurants the service charge was added to bill. We gladly paid it as the service was food were both excellent but we much prefer to decide on the tip ourselves. Will...

The taste of the food is unforgettable, but it may be because of the holidays that the service is really disappointing😔 The waiters were busy and looked very tired. I told different waiters about the request to add food during the meal, but we didn't get it until finished eating.What makes more upset was that they left us hanging for a long time and no one’s coming to get paid after we asked for the bill, and we called the waiter twice and even didn't get any response.
