Ala Pizza — Restaurant in London

I am so disappointed with this establishment. Order number: #5170532. One of the main reasons why I actually order here is because of their HMC accreditation. But what I dislike so much about this restaurant is it's continuous, consistently poor, unapologetic levels of customer service. There has never been an order without some sort of problem. On this occasion like so many other times; they forget to deliver 3 out of the 4 portions of chips ordered and the 1.5ltr drink. You wonder how is that even possible? (Drink was delivered later). You pay a lot for the food you want especially in these economic turbulent times. And you hope to feed as many mouths with as much food as you can get. But with Ala' Pizza it's like they don't care as long as you pay upfront. So obsessed with profiteering they forget their ethics in business let alone Islamic responsibility. Most of their customers are local Muslims. It's a real betrayal as serving business to their community. You would argue check order before pay. But you can't do that if you're ordering online. They deliver and leave as they need to. So when you call back it's always arguing or negotiating partial refunds or discounts that they can never recall or prove. Offer was £2 refund on this order! It really tests ones patience and so close to swearing. The owner who sits on the huge profits made by this establishment over the years it's existed should actually take a real look at himself and think about how he is cheating his customers so he can live so large on the profits he earns undeservedly. The complete opposite of what you want Muslims to represent in the business world. It makes one so angry you would want to curse it, bringing your own worst qualities to the forefront. Posted...

I ordered a pizza, garlic bread, chips, and a quarter chicken, expecting a comforting meal after a long day at work. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete disappointment. The pizza, while it had some tomato sauce, had so little that it was barely noticeable. Each bite was dominated by the bread and cheese, and the toppings, including what was supposed to be spicy chicken, were utterly bland. I couldn’t taste any spice or seasoning—it was like eating plain bread with melted cheese.

The garlic bread was even worse. One piece looked like someone had already taken a bite out of it, which was incredibly off-putting. The rest of it was rock hard, with the underside completely burnt. The cheese on top was solidified into a hard layer that was impossible to chew, making it an absolute failure as garlic bread.

The chips were equally bad. It was obvious they had been refried, with a greasy, stale texture that lacked any freshness. Some were so overcooked and crispy they crunched like crisps, making them unpleasant to eat.

As for the quarter chicken, I couldn’t even bring myself to eat it. By that point, my appetite had vanished. After just a few bites of the rest of the food, I threw the entire order away.

I had been looking forward to this meal all day, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. I regret not checking the reviews before ordering, though I’m thankful that Uber Eats promptly issued me a refund. Needless to say, I’ll won’t be order from this...

Pizzas are really good and topped generously. Grill perri chicken although tasted ok but it didnt have the real perri perri flavour like u get from other restaurant. Chicken chips is just like any other fried chicken but i found it to be hot always and not dry like u get in some shops.Deliveries takes way tooo long i have to wait over an hour sometimes and then call to find out if the food will actually come. Customer service is not very good. They no ur waiting to order and wont even acknowledge you that ur standing ther to order. Price of food is deffernatley good value for money.

I visited this place today after very very long time. The shop was quiet with only few customers. I got served within few minutes and ordered pizza, whole grilled chicken and lamb donner with naan. Was to it would take 15minutes. After 30 minutes my food was ready. Since it took 30 minutes I expected everything to be fresh and hot. But it wasn't the only thing that was fresh and hot was the pizza that was made fresh. The whole grilled chicken was extremely dry, hard and chewy. Even the thigh leg pieces were dry and hard makes me wonder if it was yesterday's chicken. The lamb donner warm and cold and hard. Was extremely disappointed with food the only thing worth eating was the pizza. I would have returned the grilled chicken and lamb donner had I not had work to go to. I would only recommend ordering pizza from this place anything els would just be waste of your hard...
