We recently had the pleasure of dining at Bella Vista Restaurant, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm and friendly staff who made us feel right at home.

The ambiance of the restaurant was elegant and inviting, with dim lighting and tasteful decor. It created a cozy and intimate atmosphere that was perfect for a romantic dinner or a special family occasion.

Now let's talk about the food. Every dish that we ordered was a true masterpiece. The menu offered a wide variety of options, from classic Italian dishes to innovative creations. Where do I start with what a shambles this place is... it started with the older blonde waitress smacking the back of the head of my 8 year old daughter as we were trying to check in for our reservation. The younger waitress apologised profusely as my daughter was in tears, however the blonde waitress did not have the decency to apologise to us.

We should have left at this point as it only went downhill from here. The service is shocking and slow. I can't blame the two brunette waitresses as you could see they were trying their hardest. However it took over 30 minutes to place a food order. Over an hour to receive our food. And at no point were we checked upon or offered deserts.

The tables all surrounding us had an issue. One mother from a large group was informed after half the table had eaten that they had not even started cooking her meal (she decided to leave hungry). Another table had an issue with the owner.

We had enough at this point and decided to leave. After asking for the bill no-one came to take payment. We ended up leaving the cash on the table and walking out.

Food and cocktails were decent but completely let down by the service...

Well where shall I begin, my friends booked a table for 6 on the 13th for us to attend on the 24th September for my birthday. When we arrived they looked kinda shocked and nothing was prepared ie no table was reserved, no biggie. It took the waitress 15/20 mins to come over after seating us to ask would we like a drink, it took a further 15/20 for the drinks to arrive. Now this is where it becomes shocking, when we all ordered, we all ordered starters/mains. Half hour had past and nothing had arrived, however guest of two people who arrived after us had already had their starters arrive and we was still waiting. We had to keep asking where our food was, to be told that that chief is prioritising smaller groups first which is not how you run a kitchen in my opinion. So in total it took them nearly two hours for them to start bringing over our starters, which we cancelled and left, so pleas if you are a a large group PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!
