Cheatmeals Kilburn — Restaurant in London

Attended this location for the first time in store. I was served by an gentleman called Farid. Honestly his customer service was absolutely amazing. He had a smile on his face and was extremely professional and very patient when I was trying to order food for myself and the Mrs. I told him how to make my burger and honestly he made the best burger I have ever had in my life. There was another lady with him who was also very friendly and kind. Will definitely be returning here because the service is amazing (even while It was 27 celsius outside and much hotter indoors for them in the kitchen but they kept smiling!)

I had a delivery items , I asked from staff about how long I have to wait he told me 3 or 4 mins, I wait more than 20 mins I seen my order is ready but the staff was telling me it is not ready he was very rude, even another staff wanted to give my order but he didn't let him to give my order I complain to uber support and I will complain to customer one and higher official why he didn't give my order after my order got ready it is shameful, on Monday I will call to citizen advice and will send to them the recorded video I have proof, I record all of this conversation in a film you can see he does not want to give me my order I put in my...

The food is always on point, but we’re regular customers ordering frequently and last experience we did order trough Uber eats, we were missing half of the order, clearly not a driver’s fault calling the restaurant in if they can send us the rest and ending up with extremely rude staff hanging up the phone in a very rude way not even apologising for their mistake, blaming us I loved cheat meals but you’re leaving me hungry and angry and I’ll make sure everyone around Kilburn knows about this!!!
