Incredibly disappointing! Me and a friend of mine came in for a bottomless brunch to spend some well deserved chill time after a hard week of work. During our visit, we have received a decent enough service ( nothing special ) and once we were ready to pay, we've informed our waiter. There was an optional charge of £10 + that we have decided not to pay as once again, the service was....decent. At this point the waiter started haggling with us saying that it is his money and we should pay it ''C'mon girls, it's my money'' First of all, you don't address two grown woman as ''girls'', but on top of that, this is not the market place. Fillipo made us feel really uncomfortable as he continued to push us for the tip and when he brought the PDQ machine, he added it on regardless of our multiple request not to. We have once again ( at a very uncomfortable state ) said that we do not wish to pay it and he said '' Well I added it on now so I will need to speak to the manager and see what we can do.'' Once the OPTIONAL tip was finally deducted he closed the show by saying '' You can go now'' I have never experienced anything even remotely atrocious and disturbing in a customer service based establishment If your employees are having to go to that length for a £10 tip, maybe you should consider introducing some benefits or a slight pay rise as this is just ridiculous, plus you lost 2 customers...

Came here as a group of 12. The drinks was amazing 2-4-1 cocktails highly recommend this. Service was a bit slow but everytime we called over the waiter they cane. But we could see they where extremely busy. The issues we came acros was due to workIing in hospital we all came at different times. My colleagues had come at about 7pm where the others had eaten and where now ready to leave. We paid the bill we allready had open and then asked for menu to order food. The waiter refused and said we couldn't and had to leave as the table was reserved. I explained to her that when I called I did ask and the person said it woukdnt be a problem. She then again told us that it was a big table and we must leave. I then explained to her only four of us where staying that she coukd have the big tabke and just move us to a smaller table. She responded that all tables where reserved. Even though at this point there where a few empty tables around. The way she spoke to us was very unhelpful rude and sassy. After working a 12 hour shift some of us had to leave without eating. This was a great disappointment to us especially as I had highkighted this when making the booking and cinfirmed it would not be a problem. Will definitely not be coming to this...

I have had the worst experience at this restaurant. My friends and I pre-booked at table for a birthday dinner. Arriving there the waitress was rushing to order, not giving us enough time to look properly at the menu. They said that the Kitchen was about to close within a hour so we had to leave order quickly. That alone made me feel very upset as it was a Birthday dinner and we want time to consider the food and drink menu. Once we ordered the food to very long time to come. We waited 40 minutes for the food. However the worse part of it was the service. We receive an horrible service by a tall, slim lady with black hair. She has Zero customer service. Firstly One of our friends arrived later and she raised her hand to order. This lady said she was coming and never come to assist her. Later on in the evening my friend asked for glass of water to that same lady. The waitress went to get it. She literally dashed the glass and left. This was the worse service ever encountered. We felt uncomfortable, not seen, not look after as if they were trying to get rid of us.
