LEON Chancery Lane — Restaurant in London

While visiting the restaurant, a staff member, a larger woman, wasn't helpful when I tried to order. Instead of taking my order, she directed me to the automated machine and then laughed about it with a colleague. She was quite rude, laughing and then fiddling with her phone instead of assisting me. This frustrating experience took me an extra 5 to 10 minutes to place my order, causing me to miss my bus.

Additionally, she forced every customer to give feedback on the spot. When customers said they would do it at home, she insisted they do it immediately, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. She was also shouting at other employees, which made me think she might be the manager. If that's the case, she's the worst manager I've encountered. I really didn't like her attitude...

The food recommended to me was top top top, loved the suggestion. The guy (forgot is name) was 5 stars, very nice smile, attentive, care about me. The store manager, is a must have. Is training was polite and cheerful, the girl was a bit lost in time / space, but he was so patient looking after her, and correcting her in a very polite way. If not aware he was the store manager, I could not understand he was training her. Of course I came to ask if she was starting and on training and she acknowledge. Chef disagreement could be listened from the outside, however, the store manager, run inside, and saved the day again. TOP TOP TOP.
