Read moreI came here today with my friend for a catch up before she started her new job and both had a 30% voucher online from LEON's so we decided to go. Behind the counter were two women who were there, we then asked if we were able to use our vouchers. Because of their uncertainty, a man came out who I presume was a supervisor or assist manager who went to find out more about this, I also showed that from my phone I was also able to use this voucher in this Shepherds Bush store.
He came back and was very polite however the two women, particularly the lady with blonde hair seemed very aggrivated by us, she chucked the sauce in my bag and throughout our stay, we felt very uneasy. I normally eat in LEON's but I was made to feel very inferior with sideways glances and hard glares really made me want to leave. I understand that workers can feel pressure a lot of the time, especially within these trying times, I worked in Westfield as well but there was no que at all. The food was cold and i felt that if I approached the staff about this, there would have been a disagreement or a cold answer. I really do hope customer service...
Read moreWorst Leon I've ever been to - slowest service in the world and the machines do not make this quicker. I really don't understand why they need 3-5 people working on the tills if we have to order via the touch screen ? Staff look bored and not in a good mood and just waiting around.
I have visited multiple times because unfortunately this Leon is the closest and I do love a good Leon but here the food is just not the same and the staff give you dirty looks. I was waiting over 10 minutes for a burger and the black woman didn't speak up loud enough, I thought it was my order and she responded to me really rudely as if she had a problem with me.
Please get rid of staff that don't want to be at Leon - it's ruining your rating of this branch and also it is a massive labour cost. If you're going to automate, do it properly, don't have both staff and touch screens. Also miss the GFC and some of the old dishes from the menu like the Sicilian...
