Booked an 11am table for 2 for Sunday roast. No indication on website menu or during booking that kitchen will only start receiving ala carte orders at 11.30am and Sunday roast orders at 12pm. Such a waste of time waiting.
Roast came lukewarm and drenched in gravy which made everything on the plate claggy and taste like gravy. It wasn't even good gravy. Cauliflower cheese barely had any cheese on it. When we gave our feedback to the server regarding the gravy, he responded that it was 'always served this way', which was disappointing and indicated that the restaurant couldn't care less about their customer's preferences.
