Can not remember the last time I ate at a pizza hut restaurant or even ordered takeaway. On this occasion we were doing some shopping around with the kids and decided to dine here rather than McDonald's. The place was not busy at all around 5pm on Saturday. The waiting staff pointed us to the table and register our number plate, as there is aax of 2 hours restriction on car park. One we got to the table, we were informed to order we need to use the QR code and order and pay online. Experience was ok, the only issue was that I had few questions but no one can be seen to ask questions. Felt like automated process. Order online and food will arrive. The ordering process went smoothly without issues. After the order was submitted, we got our salad bowls promptly followed by drinks and starters and later the pizzas. The cheese garlic bread we put on top of each other meant all were stuck to each other. Not such a great experience here. The timing between the 2 pizzas was bit long. Bit wasn't an issue. The pizzas were good and the kids loved the food. The disappointment was the dessert. We opted for brownie and ice-cream. Unfortunately they were that so great, the ice-cream did not taste of anything and brownie was overcooked. Next time shouldnopt for the ice cream machine. Seemed other kids enjoyed it. Overall good experience and would visit again.

Haven’t been here for years . Lots of changes . When we arrived we were asked to register the car before dining, at the laptop . That done, you only have a 2 hour slot of parking. We arrived at around 3.55pm so it was early and not that busy . You now have to pay and order at your table via the barcode App., Although, there are waiters around to bring you the food and plates etc., The kids plates are now plastic . Which I thought looked horrible and cheap . Once you’ve ordered from the App. You will then be given a bowl and your drinks glass. I hate ordering from an App. Going to any restaurant is all about the interaction between me and the waiters not an app. After ordering our food came I had the Lite bite flat bread with chicken topper it Inc salad and drink £9.99. Although on menus it looked like £19.99. It was average tasting . We had to keep an eye on the time to make sure we weren’t over the 2 hours parking limit. Which really didn’t make us feel comfortable. The place just lacks atmosphere back in the day this place used to be packed . They e had so many menu changes and now it’s just boring the pasta portion is small but their prices keep going up it is expensive . I did notice no straws . Pros: good waitress Cons : 2 hr parking only Order via App Expensive Small portions

OFFICIAL COMPLAINT MADE - NO RESPONSE AT ALL BITE MARKS IN CUCUMBER - HAIR IN FOOD - WRONG ORDER - 1 HOUR WAIT Hello I am writing to you regarding the absolutely appalling level of service and awful food we received at you Hayes restaurant on Sat evening. We arrived at restaurant and the staff were friendly enough however extremely short staffed. We waited nearly an hour for the food, when it did come part of the order was wrong, the sheer quality of the food was appalling, the salad was dated – with dry cucumbers - AND A BITE MARK IN THE CUCUMBER - our chicken pizzas barely had one pieces of small shredded chicken per slice, and there was a hair embedded in one of our pizzas. I have been a customer here for some time however the quality of the food and service has really gone downhill and it is making me think twice about returning.

Rais – The Maestro of Pizza Hut, A True Hospitality Rockstar

Let me make one thing crystal bloody clear: I’ve eaten at countless restaurants, from the bustling kitchens of Mayfair to the tucked-away gems in Rome—but what Rais delivered at this Pizza Hut? Absolutely phenomenal. This wasn’t a meal, it was a bloody performance.

From the second we walked in, Rais owned the floor like a Michelin-starred maître d’. Warm, razor-sharp, and laser-focused—he didn’t just take our order, he guided us through the menu like a culinary concierge. Ever had someone recommend a pizza with such passion it makes you question every past pizza decision you’ve made? That’s Rais.

The atmosphere? Electric. He single-handedly transformed a casual family chain into a full-on dining experience. The guy could give a TED Talk on hospitality and I’d take notes.

The food? Hotter than a freshly lit grill. Perfect crust, rich toppings, and the kind of cheese pull that makes you want to cry tears of joy. I’m telling you, this wasn’t just “better than delivery”—this was a wake-up call. Pizza Hut should bottle this experience and sell it worldwide.

Here’s the kicker: Rais cared. Every detail, every smile, every table check—it was all authentic. You can’t train this level of excellence. He is the standard.

So, to the bigwigs at Pizza Hut reading this: give this man a raise, a plaque, a statue—hell, name a pizza after him. Because if every Pizza Hut had a Rais, this place would be dining royalty.

Five stars? I’d give ten if I could. Cheers to you, Rais—you...

I am a frequent customer at this restaurant and have hosted my children's birthday parties here a few times. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. The staff, especially the manager with long hair, were very rude and mistreated my children. Despite the restaurant not being busy, they were unwelcoming towards us. I feel that the establishment is no longer suitable for children and suggest they consider putting up a sign stating that kids are not allowed.

The way they treated us made it seem like we were receiving a free meal. When my daughter asked glass for tap water, the manager rudely told her that we hadn't ordered any drinks even though tap water was not listed on the menu. The manager with the long hair and some kitchen staff members lack proper training in customer service and were very impolite. I believe they should receive additional training from higher management. When I tried to address the issue with the manager, he bluntly told me that if I was not satisfied, I was not welcome to return. This lack of professionalism and the manager's unfriendly demeanor truly need to be addressed through customer service training as well as learning to smile.

With this kind of attitude, this place has definitely lost one loyal customer, not only me. I will definitely recommend all friend and family not to visit this place...

I have been here before and have never felt the need to write a review because, well it's Pizza Hut and i never expect it to be a 5 star restaurant. Last time I visited was about a year ago and even gave a tip to 2 of the staff there, who were mature and really nice.

Having said that, this time around, I have never seen such demoralised and sad group of staff members.

I visited with my 6 year old niece and sister for lunch. From the get go, I had to wait at the front to be seated for almost 15 minutes. No attempt to reassure us that we would be seated or a simple "Sorry, we are busy" or "just waiting on a free table". Even tho there were plenty of free tables.

I had to ask numerous times to be attended to. Anyways, once we were seated the staff member ran off. Again we had to chase them numerous times to be served and once we made our order, it came out in mismatched order.

We had to wait 10 minutes for my niece to get a small spoon to eat her ice cream which now had melted.

I would not recommend this particle Pizza hut restaurant as the staff members do not want to be here and you can see it in how they interact with customers, the loud banging of plates when they are clearing the tables.

The food is the typical Pizza Hut standard.

Overall, bad experience at this place and would strongly recommend going to pizza express or anywhere else.
