I recently had the pleasure of dining at Salsa in Soho, and I must say, it was an enjoyable experience that left a lasting impression. From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the vibrant and lively atmosphere. Salsa's decor and ambiance immediately transported me to a place filled with Latin American flair and energy. The colorful decorations, Latin music, and lively crowd created an inviting and celebratory atmosphere that set the tone for a memorable evening. The service at Salsa was commendable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to make our dining experience enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the menu and were more than happy to provide recommendations and answer any questions we had. Their warmth and enthusiasm added to the overall positive experience. Now, onto the food. The menu at Salsa boasts a fantastic array of Latin American dishes, and the flavors did not disappoint. We sampled a variety of dishes, from empanadas to ceviche, and each one was a burst of authentic and bold flavors. The empanadas were perfectly crispy, and the fillings were well-seasoned and delicious. The ceviche was fresh and tangy, a delightful appetizer that set the stage for the main course. For the main course, I had the pleasure of trying their signature dish, which was a combination of grilled meats and seafood. The flavors were outstanding, and the portions were generous. It was a true culinary journey through Latin American cuisine, with each bite offering a new and exciting taste. And let's not forget about the happy hour at Salsa! It's an enticing addition to the experience, offering fantastic drink specials that perfectly complement the delicious food. Whether you're in the mood for a classic mojito, a refreshing caipirinha, or a margarita with a spicy twist, Salsa's happy hour has you covered. Salsa in Soho is not just a restaurant; it's an experience. The lively atmosphere, friendly service, delectable food, and enticing happy hour make it a must-visit for anyone looking to savor the flavors of Latin America in the heart of Soho. Whether you're a fan of Latin cuisine or just looking for a fun and memorable dining experience, Salsa is a fantastic choice. I left with a satisfied palate and a desire to return for more.

I tried to enter Salsa, but the security guard asked for my ID. After I handed it to him, he seemed ready to let me in. However, upon closer inspection of the ID, he inquired if I'd consumed any alcohol that night. I admitted to having a cocktail and a beer. He then denied me entry. Being in the hospitality industry myself, I fully understand the rules. I questioned the reason for his refusal, to which he responded with a vague "sorry, you can't go inside." Initially, I thought the refusal was because he suspected I was drunk. It's reasonable not to let intoxicated individuals inside. I assured him I wasn't drunk, but was still denied. Despite my attempts to reason with them, they insinuated that I was harassing them, trying to twist the narrative to make themselves appear as the victims when, in reality, I felt like the one being victimized. Especially since my friend was allowed in. Reflecting on the incident, the only reason I can deduce for the refusal was his reaction after seeing the country on my ID. Prior to that, everything seemed fine. I'm awaiting an explanation from the establishment's management. While I acknowledge that I can't definitively prove my sobriety, the onus is on the management to ensure their staff act professionally. Arbitrary denial of entry is unacceptable. I was not inebriated; I merely sought logical reasons for their actions. Their behavior leads me to suspect an ulterior motive for the denial, one I cannot provide evidence for. I believe they're aware of this power dynamic. It's imperative that solutions be sought if they genuinely care about patrons' perceptions and experiences when considering visiting their venue. Living in London and being a regular customer of that place, I feel obligated to share my experience. Thanks PS: I have a picture with the guy as well.

Yesterday I went at night to enjoy this place that my friends have highly recommended. I went to the entrance and asked a nice guy at the door how much the ticket cost. I was with my friends in the corner of the place waiting for another friend, when we headed towards the door the head of security called (Jerk supposedly) stared at us with a face of contempt and looking the other way. I asked him if we could go in, and with a displeased look and tone he told us that we couldn't, I asked him why and he told me that the place was supposedly full of boys. when it was just 11:50 at night and we had been waiting outside for a while to see the place and not many people entered. Even when I asked how much the entrance ticket cost, the boy kindly answered me. I even asked him if there were many people and he told me that it was normal, not very crowded. We waited a few minutes outside after the head of security had told us that we couldn't enter, and after a few minutes 4 guys came in and he didn't say anything to them, he let them pass without any problem. It is the first time that I visit this place and because friends have recommended it to me. But the attitude of people like that is very disappointing. I even explained to him that he came to spend money at his place and he knew how to answer that he didn't care that he wouldn't let me in. Really unfortunate

I had a bad experience here on October 2nd. The music, food, and atmosphere were fine. But at the end, when I went to the storage area to collect my things, something unfortunate happened. I needed to remove the paper wristband with the Salsa logo at the storage counter. A young staff there gestured for me to extend my wrist, and he took a sharp pair of scissors to cut off the wristband. He was extremely rough and almost cut through both the paper and my skin. I felt pain and quickly pulled my hand away, and removed the wristband myself. Unfortunately, my wrist started bleeding. When I showed him my injured wrist, he just gave me a strange smile and said "sorry" with no real sincerity. I don’t know what he found amusing, and my wrist still hasn’t healed. I’m not saying he did it on purpose, but he was definitely reckless and careless. The smile he gave me without any real apology made his attitude seem quite odd. As it was late and I was in a hurry to get home, I didn’t have time to argue with him. My friends and I told him not to handle wristbands that way in the future. Please doesn’t treat customers so carelessly and rudely in the future, and have more experienced, professional staff working there. Thank you.
