Been coming here for a couple of years, when it was Tutku and changed over to Medo. The food is okay, not bad. However there are some issues. The service is slow, due to being understaffed. When ordering over the phone, they frequently get orders wrong. I would say 6 out of 10 times the order is incorrect in some way. If you say no egg there's egg. If you say no bacon there's bacon. Stuff like that. I've seen other people have the same issues while I've been in there waiting. I ordered something for my auntie and she's lactose intolerant and they put cheese on the panini when I told them specifically no cheese, and I know they understood me. That's the last straw for me.
