Perfect! @ Manchester Fort Julie and Aaron were brilliant, also the other lady that was on shift, all fantastic members of staff. I came in because I had a code that would not work online for a collection, and wanted to see if there was anything that could be done. I walked into the store, Julie very bubbly, helpful lady, greeted me then started to assist me. She couldn't figure it out after attempting to see the issue on my phone so took it over to Aaron who looked into it and started to explain why it wouldn't work. He continued to take my order online, and charged me half price for an item as the voucher credit was for £30.00, and I stated I did not want to spend to much over this. I asked for 5 dips, and he stated he would not charge me for this, that I could take another side but he wouldn't charge me full price. Then started to get my order together, packed up my drink, dips, napkins everything. Such an incredible guy, so helpful. The whole team incredibly friendly and approachable. I couldn't thank them enough. My last interactions with Pizza Hut was so toxic, I stated so many times, I would never use your services again, based on my interactions today, it has totally changed. Booked in advance for 18 people (plus a baby) for a Saturday evening and they were able to accommodate us all. When we arrived I expected it to be much busier specially for a Saturday evening in a busy retail park but it was pretty much empty apart from maybe a couple of small groups. We were seated, the kids were given a colouring book and some crayons by the staff and then we put in our order online. The service the whole night was great,super quick and very helpful whenever required. I haven't been to 'The Hut' for a while so was disappointed that the pasta in the salad bar had been removed. The 'salad bar' was just that, just salads and some nachos. We didn't really have much time to have salads since the mains were brought out very quickly. The pizzas were decent but the prices are still a ripoff for what you are getting. Paying £23 for a Margherita pizza is way too expensive and whether you buy a bottomless drink or a single drink the prices are pretty much the same. I would suggest ordering for home delivery since there are plenty of 50% discounts that can be found online and then the pizzas are worth it. But we all had a good time so it was a...

Loads of things wrong today.

Asked a staff member where is the thousand island sauce and she said she doesn’t know and to ask someone else as if this is a retail place. I asked someone else who also said they don’t know and said “we probably don’t have it” not good enough response.

Then the kids pizza came out very burnt, I had to ask for a new one I can’t believe they tried to serve a burnt pizza.

Ordered desert but no sign of it, it was really hard trying to catch someone’s attention, mainly staff are clueless and just walking about not paying attention to service. Finally one came and I asked for desert and was told another 10 minutes as something was wrong with the conveyer belt wasn’t working. Didn’t bother to check whether it was a kids or adults brownie. When I said it’s a kids brownie he said oh I can bring that out right away and took another 5 minutes to bring it out.

This branch has gone downhill massively and all the staff need properly training in customer services and in procurement knowledge and to bring a burnt pizza out for customers to eat is a...
