Fatto A Napoli: A Slice of Neapolitan Sunshine on Stratford Road!
Stepping into Fatto A Napoli on Stratford Road is like being instantly transported to the vibrant, sun-drenched streets of Naples. From the moment you cross the threshold, a genuine warmth envelops you, emanating from both the inviting decor and the incredibly welcoming staff.
The atmosphere is a delightful blend of relaxed charm and classy ambience, with bright surroundings and splashes of Mediterranean colour on the walls. It feels truly authentic, a place where you can unwind and savour the moment, whether it's a leisurely lunch or a lively evening meal.
But let's talk about the food – because this is where Fatto A Napoli truly shines. Their menu is a celebration of Neapolitan classics, crafted with a dedication to authenticity that's evident in every bite. The pizzas, the heart and soul of any Neapolitan eatery, are simply exceptional. Made with the finest Caputo 00 flour and San Marzano tomatoes, each one boasts a perfectly blistered crust and fresh, vibrant toppings that sing with flavour. It's clear why diners rave about feeling like they're truly in Naples!
Beyond the pizzas, the pasta dishes are equally impressive. Imagine flawlessly cooked penne tossed in an appetising cream sauce with flakes of smoked salmon – elevated, satisfying, and utterly delicious. Even seemingly simple dishes are executed with precision and passion, ensuring every mouthful is as good as the first.
And for those with a sweet tooth, the desserts are a grand finale. The Tartufo al Limoncello, for instance, offers a delightful play of sharpness from the ice cream and sweetness from the meringue and cream, leaving you with a truly memorable taste of Italy.
What truly sets Fatto A Napoli apart is the genuine care that goes into every aspect of the dining experience. The staff are attentive without being intrusive, adding to the relaxed setting. It's a testament to the Lasan Group's expertise, bringing a little piece of Italian magic to Solihull.

Read moreWent to Fatto Napoli tonight, i very much liked the vibe and decor of the space, the staff all worked dilligently to maintain cleanliness and overturn the space efficiently. However i found the food that I ordered to be dissapointing. Do not misunderstand me, i believe the ingredients to be high quality. The cheese for my margheritta was most likely a traditional taglio napoli cheese perfect for neopolitan style pizza however I believe the chef may have used too much cheese, it was not at room temperature when cooked or that the doughs hydration level was too high because the structual integrity of the slice was not very good. It also had a chewy consistency. But the base sauce, cheese quality and flavour of the bread was very good. The nduja and parmegan potatoes unfortubately were not as good as I had hoped. I found that the nduja flavour was very subtle and overpowered by the tomato paste that i guess was mixed with it to help coat the potatoes. Unfortunately the strength of this flavour overwhelmed the parmegan aswell. My girlfriend on the other hand was over the moon with her pasta and bruchetta, i tried a little of each and i concur it was simple delicious and extremely well priced. If I come back it will be for pasta thats for sure.
The server we were given was extremely polite, had a great smile and seemed very eager to perform his job to a higher level but maybe lacked some knowledge on the menu and was thus unable to help with questions. All in all, I would reccomend to anyone in the shirley area or visiting there to give this place a try. They have all the right pieces for a fantastic experience and are priced at an extremely good rate considering the cost of the produce going...

Prajna and Naz you both provided shockingly poor customer service on Saturday 29 March and you took NO responsibility.
We booked a couple months prior to our booking date as we had previously had great food and service, and this time we were celebrating a birthday with a larger group of 14 diners.
At the point of taking our order, Prajna showed little consideration that we were shouting across the table to be heard over the loud music. She could simply have come over. As a result incorrect drinks were given and some didn’t even arrive, we had to chase them up several times. When some of the food arrived it was incorrect, the wrong order was given to people and again we had to chase this up several times. Notably the restaurant was far from busy and the celebratory meal was turning into an absolute failure.
I don’t believe at any point during the meal ownership was taken by neither Prajna nor Naz for the errors made and our efforts to highlight the poor service were rudely dismissed and mocked. Sadly, I can only simply put this down to lack of experience, absence of effort and no respect for the customer.
Prajna and Naz’s behaviour and derogatory comments left me and our group feeling extremely sad and frustrated.
Prajna: “We served you your food”
The experience of eating out isn’t just about being served food, it’s a combination of great food, relaxing atmosphere and top customer service. Fatto’s, you...
