LEON ASDA (Milton Keynes) — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

I recently ordered breakfast from Leon via the Uber Eats app, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The baked beans were undercooked, rendering them hard and unenjoyable. The eggs were overcooked to the point of being solid, lacking the desired runny consistency. On a positive note, both the sausage and bacon were cooked to perfection, offering a delightful savory taste. I also ordered a side of hash browns, which turned out to be the best I’ve ever tasted—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

This was my first time trying matcha, and unfortunately, it didn’t appeal to my taste buds. I don’t hold this against the restaurant, as it’s a personal preference. However, considering the main components of the meal were subpar, it’s surprising given the premium pricing of the menu items.

Since I placed my order through the Uber Eats app, I didn’t have the opportunity to experience the restaurant’s atmosphere firsthand. The delivery service was prompt and efficient, with the food arriving well-packaged and at the appropriate temperature.

A noteworthy point for future customers: opting for a “double hash brown” results in receiving six or four pieces I think . I initially thought it meant two, but I ended up with more than expected.

In summary, while the sausage and bacon were exceptional, the overall meal fell short of expectations, especially considering the high price point. I would rate the experience a 4 out of 10 and am hesitant to order from this restaurant again.

Disappointing! 18 quid just wasted on trying...

I have visited Asda today to get my prescription. I needed to wait a bit for completion so me and my husband decided to have a breakfast. We went to the food hall, and after short consideration of many options we went with LEON. We have been served by a lovely, friendly, patient young man - Lewis. As we were dining there for a first time, we needed advice of what do they serve. Lewis, patiently, in polite manners, explained what do they offer, and after our order, explained of how long it will take to get our food. He prepared for me a cup of coffee, and advised to take a seat, and said he will bring the food for us when ready. The coffee was absolutely delicious! The food came super quick, freshly cooked, packed in all recyclable materials and it was....DELICIOUS!!! The eating area, was clean. The lovely young lady was there all the time, making sure the tables were cleaned straight after customers were leaving. Before leaving I went to ask Lewis if there is any waist after the breakfast time I could buy cheaper, as I wanted to buy some food for the man seating outside the ASDA. He went to discuss it with his manager (wonderful, friendly, smiling lady). They sorted a bacon roll and a candy cane for a man in need. I couldn't be more impressed with Leon staff, food, their kindness. Well done you! We need more places and people like you! Keep up your great service....

Placed our order on the screens, many out of stock items at the time. After paying with my card and standing looking at a screen that says "payment accepted, waiting for approval" for 5 minutes with seemingly no employees anywhere to be seen a message popped up saying "unfortunately something's gone wrong you've been refunded" and my order got cancelled. My money was taken and that left me with not enough left to place another order and get food for myself, my daughter and my partner so I went to the counter to ask somebody how long the refund takes. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to appear. When she finally did she had the demeanor of somebody who couldn't care less before I even said hi. After first telling me 24hours she said she didn't know how long and that she would ask someone and walked out the back. Another 5 minutes later she returned, saundering along on her phone in the food prep area (very clean I'm sure). Then came up and informed me in the next 2 hours.

Generally nobody to speak to, the person I eventually found was just disinterested.

It's a shame as the food looked like it would have...
