Sadly it's a 3 stats from me.
The service is great. Best service ever seen. Just unfortunately there is come big issues with this restaurant.
Suggestions:
It's confusing entering the restaurant there needs to be a A - Frame telling customers where the restaurant is as it's two businesses using 1 door. Alongside Google maps telling the restaurant is in the wrong place
The toilet sign is really not clear enough and needs to be a bigger sign
The food was shockingly slow and was slow to get our bill due to the kitchen making mistakes.
The Sizes of the food is way to big - Why is a cheesy glaric bread £4 (size of a pizza and looks the same) and cheese and tomato pizza £11. I'll just bring my own puree in next time which is 0.90 😂 complete rip off

If you leave a restaurant still hungry, something is definitely wrong. The atmosphere was delightful.
The starter, Fritto Misto, was delicious, though it was missing the crispy crab sticks. The main course, a seafood pizza, was the reason for the poor rating. It arrived badly charred on both the top (the crust) and bottom, and tasted burnt. The replacement pizza was only burnt on the bottom, but it was still inedible in my opinion. Although we didn’t have to pay for the pizza, no other compensation was offered for the ruined meal. They did mention that the oven was experiencing issues.
We noticed that the table next to us also had an issue with their main course, as an item was missing and only arrived after they had finished their meal. Visited tonight with my GF, the food was excellently cooked , bruschetta , pepperoni pizza, calzone , assorted ice cream , the waitress , chef and owner were very friendly.
