Subway generally ignore complaints or play pass parcel with them IE refering it back to the franchasiee who does nothing. I had regully been getting a meatball sub until last week when two of the meatballs where to say the least very tough. I changed to cheese and ham. I got one yesterday at Subway Dundalk .footlong deal. I got some grated cheese on it from the salad bar and was charged the same IE nothing extra. However at me Monaghan st for the same sub they tried to charge extra. My son got the same footlong ham and cheese with grated cheese and like Dundalk was not charged extra. The food is normally quite good but it can get messy but nowhere to wash your hands, should at least be wet wipes available.
