Been a long time regular here. Was told an hour and ten minutes for delivery. When it was 20 minutes late, I called. Was told it'll be another 20 minutes. Waited another 30 minutes, tried to call and they took the phone off the hook. I imagine they had loads of disgruntled customers calling and complaining. Finally got through after my delivery was an hour late to be told they were waiting on drivers coming and it would be another 10 minutes. Incredible. All they said was "sorry". Finally came 1 hour and 20 minutes late The service used to be impeccable here. It seems something has changed as the standards have dropped very low. When the food arrived it was luke warm and like it had been rushed and microwaved. Will definitely not be ordering here again. An absolute disgrace of a meal....

I'll start by saying it was good portion sizes and I'd recommend the ribs, they're the meatiest around. However when I got there I was greeted by a lot of stairs, this for many myself included presents difficulties. I'd ordered online and was collecting, I had gone in with change for a tip in my pocket. Once the young lady concluded the difficult task of locating and handing me my food her attitude was very much here's your order now f#$k off! Because of this she got no tip. We thought it would be nice to go out for a meal and as we enjoy a Chinese. What a huge disappointment. This place I know has opened since the disability legislation came into force yet it has no lift or any other means for disabled or elderly people to access the restaurant. A disgrace! I would advise anybody with a disabled or elderly friend or relative to think of them before using this place and perhaps they might stop discriminating against the less...
