Arrived today and seated quickly. Told about a 30min wait as there was a load of customers arrived at the same time! No issues on my part up till now. Food order taken with the drink orders. We had 2 adults and 2 kids so not a massive order. 1 son was after a plain burger, the other was kids chicken nuggets, wife was a steak sandwich and I wanted a chicken burger. True to what we were told, around 30mins later 3 of the meals arrived but the burger was not plain. It was taken away and replaced very quickly. My wife was still waiting for her meal while the boys got started. 3-4 mins pass and she asked for an update on her lunch. The 2 servers had a brief discussion about it and then went to the kitchen. A min later 1 of them came back to the table to ask what she ordered and to start it again. By this point we were nearly 40 mins from coming in and 2 of the 4 meals were incorrect or missing all together. To be fair we got an apology from the server but the manager who was running plates to the kitchen never came near. We were left to half 1 meal between the 2 adults.

While the food we had a was ok, the service was really slow and poor. Their place was pretty busy but there were still tables empty.

This experience was made even worse when we left after patting and saw loads of nice looking restaurants around this location.

After this I...

This is my second visit here and this time the service was so ridiculously slow. I had asked twice when we may expect our drinks to be served. I was told the cocktails are made fresh which is all fine and well but I think the fact receiving your food before your drinks and getting utter cheek from a member of staff when I'm complaining about 30 minutes later whilst still awaiting our drinks is ridiculous and bad service. Our friends were actually already in here as there was a large group of us in Stirling that weekend and they also said service was slow, food was a hit and miss and everything wasn't coming out at the same time. Very poor show and no wonder there is vouchers on groupon for this because anyone in their right mind would not visit here. Also to add to this the restaurant was not busy when we went and the capacity it has is for a lot of covers however you were lucky if 5 tables were full. Definitely wouldn't go back and would not...

Today while out shopping in Stirling, I decided to go for lunch at TJ‘s restaurant in Stirling, I have to say it has been the worst meal I have ever had, I ordered chicken Alfredo, when the dish arrived it was pasta in a bowl with large clumps of chicken some mushrooms and a bit of parsley on top, it was the most bland and tasteful food I have ever eaten, There was a small amount of water resource in the bottom of the bowl, I had to ask for extra sauce when it came it was like a milky white sauce totally bland no taste at all, Chicken Alfredo is supposed to be a rich creamy thick sauce with mushrooms and pieces of chicken and a nice soft pasta, It is my first and last time that I will ever be in that restaurant, and advise people to give it a miss, I think the chef needs to go back to catering college, The only saving grace is the staff are so courteous polite and helpful. I was so disgusted I just...

We absolutely love this restaurant, whether it's an early trip in for breakfast or a late lunch we've never had a bad experience. From the moment you enter the service is friendly, warm and welcoming but the food speaks for itself..... Hands down probably one of the best places to eat in Stirling, especially for the price. The value for money is fantastic, ingredients are fresh and quite simply TASTY!

Big seating area, wasn't busy when we went in on a Saturday late lunchtime. Staff were quick and service was functional. Had the nachos and potato skins for starters, was nice but guacamole was a bit slimy and out a jar rather than fresh. The steak sandwich was tasty and the chicken fajitas looked good but were quite spicy so be aware if you don't like spice. All in all value for money

This was an unplanned visit and as it turned out an enjoyable one. The staff were friendly, and the food was okay. Access for wheelchair users is very good too, although the toilet could be improved. The memorabilia on the walls is fascinating and it certainly kept us entertained whilst dining.
