El Boliche — Restaurant in Trafford

First time visit to this place and had a fabulous time. The menu has a really good selection of starters and tapas dishes to choose from. As a party of 4 we all chose 3 dishes each which was plenty, the food was really tasty and cooked well. I've had tapas at other places which haven't been as good as it was here. The service was very good as we didn't have to wait long for the dishes and they all arrived together. None of us had any desserts as was comfortably full after. We had the red house wine which was really good but a little on the expensive at £19.50 a bottle.

The food is reasonable priced per dish depending on your choice but all the drinks such as a glass of small brandy is quite expensive considering its in Sale.

They had entertainment on, 3 guys playing Spanish music which was very good as all live.

Went out to Boliche on a cold - VERY COLD - Tuesday evening, without booking, we were welcomed as if we were family, the restaurant is cozy and warm and the staff went over and above doing their job to make sure we had a great experience.

The food is great, way beyond the usual basic tasting Tapas, and the portions are great.....

Menu has a great selection of dishes to meat eaters and vegetarians more than well fed.....

Overall a great night out; I cannot wait to go back on a Saturday night to see the live band - I am sure that Danny and his team ensure it is always a night out to cherish with great food , new friends and entertainment - try it out...

Brought two good friends who are from out of the area & they were not disappointed! Food & wine is simply outstanding & good value for money! Customer service get's a 5* too! The owner Danny is exceptionally welcoming & can not do enough for guests, the waiting/bar staff are just as attentive & we were very well looked after by Danny & Daiana during our visit. We will certainly be back, cannot recommend this place...
