Such a disappointment! We ordered two of the "lunchbox" weekday special, as take-out using their website. You get an appetizer, rice, choice of curry, naan, and dessert. The appetizer choices advertized on the site differed from the choices when ordering, and I guess it doesn't matter because you are going to get Chicken 65 no matter what you ordered. When we called about the error, we were told there was no choice even though my receipt showed that I ordered a vegetable appetizer. The dessert is never defined, but we got Gulab Jamun. We purchased 2 lunches, so we expected 2 containers of dessert. We received one container with 3 pieces. When we told them on the phone that we were missing a dessert they told us there were 3 pieces for the two of us. (see photo) Were we supposed to cut one in half or arm wrestle for it? What if we had been coworkers ordering together? This is nonsense. So, how was the food? The Chicken Tikka Masala was actually very good, but not better than what you can get from any other Indian restaurant in WNY. The Palak, however, was absolutely disgusting. We were so disappointed in the whole experience and will never go back to Hyderabad Biryani House, even though we will have to drive further to other Indian restaurants. There are much better options for Indian cuisine in the area. (This makes me sad. I don't think I have ever given a WNY restaurant...

Fantastic Indian cuisine. This was a nice switch up from my regular Punjab style Indian cuisine that I eat frequently. This Hyderabad style Indian cuisine had different menu items to choose from that I have not seen on the Punjab or Northern India restaurant menus. The vegetable pakoda was cook perfectly and was light and crispy. Came out with a thick tamarind sauce that paired well. My main entry was the chicken kothu parota. This dish was excellent. It was text really different the most Indian dishes I've had. It had small pieces of parotta bread with a shredded chicken mixed with air medic spices. It was surprisingly not dry eating alone and had a amazing almost curry like taste. My wife had the masala dosa and was more than pleased. Giant size crispy dose of crepe came with a generous heaping of masala curry potatoes and coconut curry chutney. Highly recommend this place I would definitely...

Very disappointed with our recent visit. We used to love this place but seems they really have lost interest in good customer service. Also, the size of their portions have been significantly reduced, but the prices have gone up. I ordered a meat dish, it came after 25 mins, it was full of bones, hardly any meat. My naan didn't arrive for another 20 mins, and the restaurant wasn't even busy, in fact there were only two families there, including us! I ordered another portion of the same because the amount was so little, and the second arrived full of bones too! Seems like they buy the cheapest part of the meat to cut costs. We also ordered biryani for take out, and noticed the reduced portions, but the increase in price. The customer service of their staff was also appalling, they just stood there chatting, failed to even check whether we had received all our order. They need...
