This store on Judge Ely used to be my go to Subway, but now I have to find another, or just forget Subways altogether. They certainly can't use the old BK slogan of "Have It Your Way." Okay, here's what I mean: So, you see, I have my favorite sandwich, which includes roast beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and a whole lot of bell peppers. Today--for the first time at this store--the manager stopped the server from giving me my desired amount of bell peppers. I kept asking for more, but she said no, they have a limit of how much they can give out. I also asked if I could pay extra for more, and the answer was also "no." To me, this doesn't make sense. Why alienate the customer and not allow him what he wants? Also, I could have asked for the "maximum amount" (whatever that is) of pickles, cucumbers, spinach, etc., which would have made my sandwich have more total veges than just if I got the amount of bell peppers that I wanted. Okay, if I can't get the sub the way I want it...I'm not coming to this store again. Out of all the Subways I've been to, I've run in to only three stores now that have not allowed me to have my sub the way I want it. Additionally, on this visit, after they toasted my sandwich, it set there for over 5 minutes before they started asking me what else I wanted on it, so it was not warm any more by the time I got it. So, Subway, if this is the way you do business, no thanks. It's not like your sandwiches are all...
Read moreIv just read reviews after my meal here tonight . I can't believe there is no customer service training or checks n balances of these workers ,the two young people serving clearly hate working period. I asked if drink comes with combo because I dont go to subway but my daughter wanted it tonight, the young boy said 3 times I don't know with an agrivated attitude .he was annoyed at every customer he waited on before me and after and he and his coworker argued about who washed or replaced the parmesaen lid, in front of us customers while ordering. I could feel the eyes rolling in their heads as I said please and thank you alot so my child could get her sandwich. Unbelievable that after the reveiw I read stating there was a complete firing and new employees hired that it's still not under control of decent kind employees . Sure I'm completely ok with mistakes in food prep., but attitudes and disrespect are not mistakes but are sadly poor character flaws that can be changed with proper raising by parents and or good training from management. To the children working tonight please quit and reevaluate who you are and what you want to do in life . Serve your neighbor with love or serve your self with loathing . I pray for your...
Read moreWhen I walk in here and see Peter preparing food, I know that Im about to be treated with PHENOMINAL customer service! This guy really makes me want to go back to my job and pass the positive attitude along to my customers at my work. This guy knows his stuff. I usually go here around 11am through 3pm. Now there is a couple of other people that work there around that time as well, but usually always with peter. For the other 2 people (the guy with tatoos on his arms) doesnt really seem to be happy to be there, infact rather depressed as if somebody stole his box of cheerios and he takes his sweet time putting stuff together as if customers are not important. The other guy, some kid that doesnt know how to properly wear a name tag (keeps it on his hat facing waay up so nobody can read it) that works next to him looks rather mad to be there like somebody pissed in his cheerios. But Peter usualy cashes me out and im happy he is the last face I see before I leave. Other than that, keep up...
