We do precessional photography but on our own time will take good photos to try and help companies out and show off their food presentation. We have done many photos for this company a few times. And now regret it. We hardly leave bad reviews but this is our top worst customer service.

We don't come here often and mostly because of the service. The food is always good, never a bad plate as far as that goes. So our last time we will ever be here is discribeded as follows. We came in with service you would get from a hole in the wall bar. We sat a bit before getting our order taken. Food came out amazing and timely for the amount of people in the store. After receiving our food we noticed that was the last of us being checked on. We saw our server once and that was when she took our order. No refills, didn't ask my wife if she wanted another beer. Nothing. My wife flagged another guy down to ask for a refill for me on my tea. Our server was having her shift beer rolling silverware and making sure to get up and greet her ragulers. Not once check on us. We waited out of curiosity to see how long it will take for someone to check on us . About 15 minutes went buy. I noticed one guy wearing mushroom printed -what look like pajamas- look at us while talking to a server. The other server looked away really quick when I looked up. No check up nothing but empty glasses and plates. So. . We left $45.⁰⁰ bucks under the empty glass more then enough to cover our meal and a small tip. Horrible service. Normally if it's just one person we won't leave a bad review, people have bad days. But here, everyone gets 1 star on service. Well food runner was awesome but that's it. I hope this gets back to management and...

I’m writing this a few days later becuase I needed to cool off before writing a review. Kinda disappointed honestly. Our order was green chile cheeseburger with onion rings, Chicken elote nachos with birria meat, Bosque mule with 1 thin slice of jalapeño and flourless chocolate cake- total with 20% gratuity was $78! Way too much for what we got with the service received. Menu said $2 extra for birria meat instead of chicken- nachos came out with half chicken half birria meat and the price was $4 extra on the receipt not $2 like menu said and why was it only half birria and half chicken??? Nachos were very good though! Burger was meh- all bun for the size of hamburger patty. Received 4 pieces of opinion rings and it was an up charge of $3. 4 onion rings is a ridiculously small amount And they were cold and soggy. Onto the Mule adult beverage- it was supposed to be with seltzer but it was plain water and with one slice of jalapeño. On the bill they charged a freaking $1 for one teeny slice from a jalapeño!!! Unebelievable! Next was the flourless chocolate cake which is a dense cake but this was hard as a rock. When I first cut into it, I thought it was probably frozen from how hard it was… nope, It wasn’t frozen, just a very old piece that seemed to have been exposed to air for awhile. Service was also meh- We had fountain drinks and waters along with our adult beverage that were never refilled because she never came back to check on us until it was time for the check. I usually like to go back to places for redemption, but...

About 2 weeks ago. We came for our usual birria tacos n beer. We generally have this as a routine weekly outting. This time, we came with our 2 growlers. They did have restoration written on them. We had ordered from this nice young man who was our original server. But towards the end of our visit. A young woman came from the bar, and immediately said. We are not cleaning these. And held the growlers up above the table. And rudely held them up to our faces. I guess to smell them. They were rinsed out before we left home that night. When we asked for them to be filled with up north. She said we only have pistol petes. And they are the same thing. She turned and walked away with our growlers. Pistol petes and up north are not the same. The young man was great. The heavy set bar person was rude, and condecending. Sorry to say. But customer service is definately lacking in this individual. I hope its not racial, but it certainly felt like it. We are originally from South DaKKKota. So we know disrespectful racism. We will most definately,...
