I called in an order at 12:15 on Sunday 4/7/24. I was told 15 minutes, we ordered mussels and fried pickles. My teenager arrived at 20 minute mark. She was told sorry 10 more minutes. She went in 15 minutes later where they asked if she was there for door dash. She said no and was told well there is multiple people ahead of you so probably 15 more minutes. At 1:15 I called and spoke to manager Doug. He never apologized he just said we only have one cook so we are behind. I said ok well in future it would be nice if you quoted an hour. His response was computer tells them time to say. He said he’d go check on our order. I waited on hold 9 minutes. He came back laughing, and said “sorry I’m dealing with so many angry customers right now, but your order is up they are boxing it now.” I said ok I will send her back in. 5 minutes later my daughter went back in and they told her only one item is ready, and girl walked away. At this point it is 1:30. About 5 minutes later girl brings another to go box up and walks away (not ours still). So basically 1 out of 2 of our items is just sitting waiting. I stayed on phone with my child and 10 minutes later they handed her food and said have a good day. My teen calls me as she's driving home and says mom I just realized they didn’t charge me I’m going back. I said no you’ve wasted 1.5 hours waiting on food if they didn’t even notice they didn’t take payment you aren’t driving all the way back. I’m the person who goes back in Walmart if I forget to scan a 25 cent lollipop. After this entire encounter they lost money AND a customer. I also will be sure to highly NOT RECOMMEND THEM to anyone else. Apparently angry customers is funny to Doug and they could careless. No apology and rude customer service means we will not be repeat customers.

Read moreIf I could give less than one star I would. I got a keg from this location last year. I just took it in to return it with the receipt and get my deposit and the manager refused to return my deposit because it had been past 90 days. I didn’t read the fine print on the receipt and had no idea, I’ve gotten kegs from breweries all over the country and was able to return it whenever I wanted and this is a unique policy. The manager was extremely rude and condescending and didn’t care she lost my business moving forward but congratulations you get to keep my deposit Good job!
And then gave this super lame response below. Customer service is non existent at Bosque, especially with that manager. Generally a place would give a partial credit or a free beer or something. The customer is always wrong at Bosque, I’ll give my money to La Cumbre of Boxing Beat moving forward. You guys can thank me and wish me well all you want but you scammed me and kept my money. My wife and I enjoyed a lunch, we arrived at opening. Service was on point, thank you Martina! We were able to order promptly. The beer was the predictable excellent experience, I selected their Jetty Jack to go with my entree and a seasonal IPA to pair with dessert.
We ordered a bowl of Green Chili Pork stew, Fish and Chips, and Chicken Poutine. Food was very nice. Pork in the stew was tender, and spice level mild. The chicken in the poutine was beautifully marinated. The fish was lightly breaded and flaked nicely. They keep a bottle of malt vinegar on the table! Fries for both dishes were very crispy outside and chewy inside. Very generous with the portions!
For desert, we split a Meyers Lemon cake which came with a scoop of raspberry sorbet. Cake was redolent of lemon, and the sorbet was tart and sweet. Great pairing with the IPA!
The ambiance for lunch was relaxing for the customer, the staff stayed busy. Nice mellow tunes with an efficient A/C.
