I ordered medium hot matcha through the walk up window and they gave me a medium hot chai instead. Then I went through the drive through to get my order fixed and they wanted to give me small matcha, I told them no, I paid for a medium then they all had a conversation about it and were like oh yea she did order a medium. I mean I even returned the hot medium chai and they saw it was a medium. Ok so then they get to work on the medium hot matcha: I take a sip and it tastes bad. What milk did they even use !? I just wanted regular milk, that’s what I had ordered. I’m really frustrated too because they didn’t give me a receipt. Was having a mediocre day and from the moment we pulled into the drive-up ordering menu the voice that came over was the voice of an Angel! She asked us what we wanted, we weren't even sure and she came up with our order for us after a few quick questions of what we were in the mood for. They were both the most excellent drinks and everything we could have hoped for. When we got to the window the staff were professional, they were kind, they were polite, this was everything that you could ask for in a coffee experience and much more. Read moreWe just went to Starbucks where Ruby attended us. We ordered 2 venti hot chai tea lattes, 2 warmed cheese danishes and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Once we got to the window to pay the car declined. We tried 5 different cards and they all declined, it was obviously a problem on their end. She made it seem like it was our issue and hesitated to even give us the drinks even though she had already handed them to us. Ruby’s customer service was horrible. We had to go out of our way to another place for breakfast which was McDonald’s and the card worked just fine. I was starting to go to this Starbucks since it’s near my home and Kylie is always such a sweetheart to me and my fur babies but this encounter completely changed that.
