TEACO — Restaurant in Allen

This is an updated review from my last one (5 star) we went today 9/15/2025 around 12pm, we weren’t even sure if it was open as the open sign was turned off, we go check anyway as online said they were open. Inside we looked at drinks and my kids always get the teaco classic, they guy tells us they are out, then they choose another drink then asks about sweetness and my kids said 75% then he said they can’t change the sweetness on this drink, that’s fine but they usually have boba on display in little cups for customers to see, we asked for the regular boba and they even said they were out of that, out of like 12 choices they had like 3 available. let me tell you this, every cup was disgusting on display and you couldn’t even tell if there was boba in them they had to have sat there for weeks. There was one other customer in when we were in there, after seeing the boba on display, the cleanliness of the place and being out of the most basic items we decided to leave. I live maybe two minutes away from this establishment meaning I go here quite often because their drinks are very yummy but their customer service needs some serious work me and two of my friends were in this building for 25 minutes and it was just us three that’s right it took 25 minutes to make three drinks She also didn’t give me my change. I love this place a lot. I go here all the time ever since this place opened The drinks are pretty cheap and the drinks are so yummy both milk tea and fruit tea. They're as good as the service there too. I like that there is food too! When I tried that food for the first time it was so good, I recommend getting the mozzarella sticks and french fries. For the drinks, I prefer the fruity tooty and sublime. Nice to have a good boba shop close to me. Definitely a 10 out of 10. If you go to teaco you...
