(Instagram brought me here the pictures and portions on IG are deceiving) This is an "okay" restaurant. I wanted to have a nice family graduation outing in a not so crowded environment, I knew this establishment would have barely any customers at the time we wanted to go so I decided to give this place another try. 🄢If you are looking for the traditional strong authentic Thai food taste you're not going to get that here. But it may satisfy a craving or two. The garlic noodles are sticky and a little bit hard. The soup is watery and the noodles are a bit undercooked. The French fries are done Right. The popcorn chicken/chicken bites are a little bit tough, and had a bit too much batter. ā³From the time you order to the time you get your food is quick but that may be the problem why some of the food is undercooked. The beef bites on the garlic noodles was good this time. šŸ’²Some of the menu prices have changed by a few cents or more but the menu has not been updated to reflect that you will see that on your receipt. 🚻The restaurant itself appears clean, the restroom unfortunately does need a remodel and you have to be careful while you're in there. 🧾 When it came time to pay we were waiting a long time my 12-year-old decided to go get the check, they tried to force the child to give them a credit/debit tip and sign the receipt instead of allowing the receipt to come back to the table for an adult to take care of it the tip was intended to be given in cash. Once I found out what had just taken place at the register, I decided no tip was best. *One should not assume that the way a table paid for their meal is the same way that they will be paying for the tip especially if the check was not split... Some of us are old school and we still carry cash and at the end we leave a decent amount on the table from the parties that were involved. 😩*Be very careful when coming to this establishment they will try to force a credit/debit tip instead of accepting the cash. It would be best for you to bring cash to pay for your meal so as not to have any surprises on your receipt or on your account.

This was the WORST place I've been to in a while. The photos online boast a fresh great looking meal... Reality proved otherwise. The staff is extremely rude when they bring your food over. Nearly dropping/tossing our plates down in front of us. No apologies, no remorse, no respect. The walls are covered in old food, kids hand prints and muddy shoe prints, along with oil and old food. The tables and benches were left dirty because the staff refused to clean them. The bathroom, when opened, releases this nasty powdered smell into the restaurant. You can tell this place hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The food tasted like cooking oil, and not like a marinade or seasoning. It was so bad, the oil pooled up under the food... You could swim in it. The beef in the meal tasted of old cheap quality, and was grey. The meals don't express everything in them on the menu, so if you have allergies I would make sure to ask a few times. The pad Thai had both a weak oily oily chili oil over everything, but then they also left a Giant mound of chili flakes on the plate. The food made us sick, we threw away the leftovers, and will never return to or recommend this place. Ah and to add insult to injury, the plates are expensive for what you get.

Let's talk about the good stuff first. My son found Triple Teahouse on Instagram. We decided to try it because the pictures looked great. I ordered the garlic noodles and shaking beef with shrimp which was delicious, the fried egg rolls with chicken were not the best, and the sun set drink was really good, my son ordered the popcorn chicken, he said the chicken was bland and my husband ordered the garlic noodles, chicken fried rice which was really good. Now the bad part is the trash surrounding the restaurant. I totally think management should designate times to have someone sweep the front patio and the surrounding area (morning afternoon, evening)..because this almost made me second guess the cleanliness of the restaurant. Outward appearance is equally as important as the inside. Overall the service was fast and good, food was fresh and hot. I can see myself ordering from here again.

Food is okay I have not tried anything BUT ā€œ wonton dumplingsā€ and I always do take out but I will be finding a new place ASAP. I get this food on my lunch break but not anymore very poor service.

They have treated me terribly the last 2 occurrences ive been there. I found them on TikTok and decided to try them out. Bad mistake. The first 3 times they gave me no charge on extra sauce for the wontons dumplings. Then probably on the fourth time the older lady cashier started to say 80cent charge for extra sauce as I question the charge another short male with glasses came from the back and changed it to 50 cents that same day. (Clearly, they just wanted to get more money out of me, they didn’t even know the price). But I was fine with paying it, I didn’t mind paying for more sauce but not 80cents and I wanted to question when the policy started. The 5th time ordering here which was today 10/12/2023 I came in and saw a sauce table for customers to get at their leisure ( never payed attention to it on the left side by the cash register). as I got closer it’s the same sauce they charged me extra for just sitting for all the customers to use. Next on the same day, I had placed an over the phone Order of wonton dumplings at 5:12pm, I drove and went into the restaurant at 5:20 and paid. I sat in waited as the cashier stated ā€œit will be another minute or twoā€. I ended up not getting my food until 5:56. ā€œWhy didnt you say anythingā€, because I did not want to be the young black girl who’s causing trouble so I sat quietly. I did not step up and ask what’s going on until two people prior to me ordering got their food before me. When I ask the cashier what’s going on they stated the cook did not put in my order!!!!! So I was just waiting for what??!? Mind you I have work at six and actually thought I would be able to get dumplings by 5:30 to make it to work, they completely messed that up. I told the younger Asian lady, ā€œ by 5:45 if the foods not out I’d like a refund, I have to get to work… I didn’t accept it to take this longā€ Then the cashier proceeds to go to the back, and I hear laughter, they truly did not care. after being the only person in the restaurant, and still have not gotten my food. Literally only me in their at the time and it still took them almost a hour to make my dumplings. They offered me a soda at the end, which I don’t drink but I think they just wanted to give me something for the wait. Prior to me coming on the fifth day all other days my wonton dumplings took less than eight minutes to prepare, so I was very confused why on earth it would take this long. This was a disheartening experience, I can only think it’s due to my...

The place is big and pretty nice vibe. However i feel this plave is more of a smoothy type than tea, i ordered a sunrise tea and it wasnt all that tasty except foe the fruit inside. I feel like their drinks look cool the mermaid and the aunrise look cool but the flavor is well maybe not compeltt worth it, atudents and family seem to love it, it is by el camino college so it makes sense, i thought they would have diff. Sugar levels and ice levels but they didnt seem to have or offer that, i asked for milk in mine amd the cashier was hesitant ( she said she didnt know jow it would taste so she didnt want to add it on) i thought this was weird so i tood her nm but i dont think i have ever gone to a legit tea place and asked for an add on where they were that confussed abiut adding milk. She was very bice dont get me wrong the service was lively but as a person who likes to try different and new teas this was like a whatever place that was just a little pricey for my comfort. I also ordered the garlic noodles and they also had a whatever flavor, i would have liked maybe a little bit more veggies ans the meat cut in to smaller slices it was thin beef but the peices where 2 to 3 inch squares so pretty much it was three peices in the whole thing which again not all that worth it. It was garlicly but apart from that there was no real flavor i had to add saracha and i dont even like chili or chili like sauces! I saw eveeyone ordering popcorn chicken and wings so maybe that would be a better buy. Anyway the play is more like 3 stars. I prefer kung fu tea or heek tea ( i think thats how you spell its by USbank on redondo bch. Blvd) 10min from campus if anyone...
