I’m new in town and wanted to find a nice place to watch games near my home, this fit the bill. As for service, it was hands down the absolute WORST experience in Several years. I normally will not write a review but I feel the complete lack of service warrants I make an exception. The menu looked great and proceeded to order an appetizer sampler. I asked to substitute 1 item on the sampler due to a food allergy, immediately I was told it was not an option. I asked the server (very friendly) to ask the cook if it were possible, she returned with the same news. I asked for the floor manager, I was approached by the owner. I explained what I requesting and his response was that it would creat chaos and too much additional work for his kitchen staff and stress them out. I suppose their comfort is more important that happy returning patrons. We spoke for several minutes and his stance became more firm. I would have even paid a small substitution fee but that wants an option. Personally, I feel that a restaurant can and should make small exceptions when possible. There was not a large crown and they weren’t busy so I can only assume the kitchen COULD have accommodated my small request. Instead, I chose to take my business elsewhere. This is not the only place in town with beer and TVs, but it is the place with the lowest possible level of service. With a google rating of a mere 3.7 and yelp at 3.4, these guys are playing in the tee ball league. Nowadays 4.0 is considered mediocre at best and if these people ever want to be at least mediocre, they’re gonna have to up their game. It’s a great concept and has potential but this team needs a leader that understands guest service and fosters a culture that makes people want to return. Well I just left and we are super disappointed In this restaurant Because of management! Before I proceed with this review I would like the owner to respond to me And I would like to speak to him/her directly please Because you need a serious talk Is with management/ Matt Is about how he treat your customers when you are not around. Me and my family just went in for Sunday football ordered Buffalo wings And & sample appetizer + Kids pizza 🍕 buffalo wings were amazing ! kids pizza was surprisingly good as well! sample platter Appetizer was absolute trash 🗑 But obviously I would never say anything like that so I was super nice to the server and I just explained that this particular dish is not for us and And we would like to exchange out for something else it was 98.99% untouched. server super perhessional Said no problem would you like? We ordered the philly cheese steak. management comes over Is explains to me that he just ate out of the food we gave back 😑 😒 😐 and there was nothing wrong with it and that it was good food But he would take it off the bill he guessed is what he said umm wow ok So I told him I do not want it taken off the check And that I would like to pay for it And he agreed and did so. So There is a serious issue with management at this restaurant And it needs to be resolved The owners/owner just lost our business from the Disrespect we have received And I will never forget it! Are servers name was Luis he was amazing And definitely knows how to treat customers I would recommend you to get him to start management at this restaurant because he's no weirdo and don't make you uncomfortable like Matt. Ps Philly Chese Steak came out and guess what ! It was amazing 👏 check came to $63.00 I gave Luis $100.00 and told him to keep the change because he was so Awesome. Need to speak with owner/owners of this Restaurant...

The restaurant was very loud. They were Very under staffed. The menu was difficult to read and descriptions of the menu items were rubbed off in several places along the edge making it very difficult to determine the ingredients of the items offered. We waited over 30 minutes before we had to flag down our waitress to order. When she came to the table we said we were ready to order now. She said I’m not your waitress but I can take your order. We said weren’t you the one who took our drink orders and brought them to us? She said uh yes I guess I am your waitress. She took our order then proceeded to come back three times to ask what exactly we ordered. My child ordered a kids drink with the kids meal. The waitress never brought it to the table and we had to ask for it several times. We finally got the kids drink and when my child picked it up to take a drink lemonade poured out of the top of the lid all over the place. Apparently the lid was not pushed down on the top of the cup. We finally received our meals and the steak was extremely over cooked. They took it back and the new steak came again over cooked. The steak had no flavor and was tough. It was not a very high quality piece of meat. At this point it had been almost an hour and a half since we ordered and received our food so we just took what we had and figured we just would never come back. I would not recommend visiting...

Started out with our waitress taking our orders and not writing anything down. She came back to ask order again, because she had forgotten. The food really needs to be revamped as well as the menu. The menu was so hard to figure out and made ordering a very strenuous process. Mushroom appetizers had no flavor, very little mushroom mostly batter. Although the chicken fried steak was large, it was basically flavorless, thank goodness for the gravy. Also got an HD Burger and if it wasn't for the ground up jalapenos making the Patty Green it would have no flavor as well,but greasy enough that the buns were soggy at 1st bite. The bun was pretty close to homemade. Feel pretty robbed to spend $40 on a simple lunch and end up having to throw most of our chicken fried steak away. Loud, obnoxious drunks make the environment more for drinking not conducive to a good meal and especially not with children. I eat spicy food on a regular basis, with no gastrointestinal issues, but went home sick to my stomach the rest of the evening. Dont need to revisit.

And once again it had the same weird background taste just not as strong. This ruined my appetite and actually caused my stomach to churn. I have to give them credit though because they have a nice selection of entrees and they ended up taking the burger off my ticket. I do recommend coming here but I advise you not to get the burger. The service was also great which was a plus.

The wait staff is not wearing their masks properly. They're sitting and playing on their phones. The management seems nonexistent. *Update as I'm typing this. A member of the cooking staff came out of the kitchen to sit at the break table and eat.* The concept of the restaurant is an amazing idea but the management and wait staff does not execute.

Horrible burger- I got the burger which was over cooked and tasted burnt or like it had the pan rust stuck to it. So I sent it back and got it medium instead of medium well. The second edition was better until I saw the red puddle that was forming on my plate. So I cut it through the center and saw that it was still pink. And once again it had the same weird background taste just not as strong. This ruined my appetite and actually caused my stomach to churn. I have to give them credit though because they have a nice selection of entrees and they ended up taking the burger off my ticket. I do recommend coming here but I advise you not to get the burger.
