I’m new in town and wanted to find a nice place to watch games near my home, this fit the bill. As for service, it was hands down the absolute WORST experience in Several years. I normally will not write a review but I feel the complete lack of service warrants I make an exception. The menu looked great and proceeded to order an appetizer sampler. I asked to substitute 1 item on the sampler due to a food allergy, immediately I was told it was not an option. I asked the server (very friendly) to ask the cook if it were possible, she returned with the same news. I asked for the floor manager, I was approached by the owner. I explained what I requesting and his response was that it would creat chaos and too much additional work for his kitchen staff and stress them out. I suppose their comfort is more important that happy returning patrons. We spoke for several minutes and his stance became more firm. I would have even paid a small substitution fee but that wants an option. Personally, I feel that a restaurant can and should make small exceptions when possible. There was not a large crown and they weren’t busy so I can only assume the kitchen COULD have accommodated my small request. Instead, I chose to take my business elsewhere. This is not the only place in town with beer and TVs, but it is the place with the lowest possible level of service. With a google rating of a mere 3.7 and yelp at 3.4, these guys are playing in the tee ball league. Nowadays 4.0 is considered mediocre at best and if these people ever want to be at least mediocre, they’re gonna have to up their game. It’s a great concept and has potential but this team needs a leader that understands guest service and fosters a culture that makes people want to return. We ordered the philly cheese steak. management comes over Is explains to me that he just ate out of the food we gave back 😑 😒 😐 and there was nothing wrong with it and that it was good food But he would take it off the bill he guessed is what he said umm wow ok So I told him I do not want it taken off the check And that I would like to pay for it And he agreed and did so. So There is a serious issue with management at this restaurant And it needs to be resolved The owners/owner just lost our business from the Disrespect we have received And I will never forget it! Are servers name was Luis he was amazing And definitely knows how to treat customers I would recommend you to get him to start management at this restaurant because he's no weirdo and don't make you uncomfortable like Matt. Read moreThe restaurant was very loud. They were Very under staffed. The menu was difficult to read and descriptions of the menu items were rubbed off in several places along the edge making it very difficult to determine the ingredients of the items offered. We waited over 30 minutes before we had to flag down our waitress to order. When she came to the table we said we were ready to order now. She said I’m not your waitress but I can take your order. We said weren’t you the one who took our drink orders and brought them to us? She said uh yes I guess I am your waitress. She took our order then proceeded to come back three times to ask what exactly we ordered. My child ordered a kids drink with the kids meal. The waitress never brought it to the table and we had to ask for it several times. We finally got the kids drink and when my child picked it up to take a drink lemonade poured out of the top of the lid all over the place. Apparently the lid was not pushed down on the top of the cup. We finally received our meals and the steak was extremely over cooked. They took it back and the new steak came again over cooked. The steak had no flavor and was tough. It was not a very high quality piece of meat. At this point it had been almost an hour and a half since we ordered and received our food so we just took what we had and figured we just would never come back. I would not recommend visiting...
