So if they deliver you the wrong pizza, they will not replace it and will only credit you $5. I have always loved Jet pizza/salads and have ordered from this location more than 20 times. I have had horrible service the last 3 times. The first time, I ordered a salad and it was wilty and old. The second time, I paid for an extra ranch dressing and it wasn't delivered, I never complained, and let it go because I didn't' want to be too petty. Last evening, I ordered a double cheese, ham, sesame crust small deep dish pizza and a buffalo chicken salad. I repeated this order several times to the person I spoke with. I assumed he was new because he was asking for help with the correct buttons to push on the register, and I had to repeat the order so many times. A man delivered the pizza and I tipped him generously as I always do. When I get back to my office, the pizza had chicken and onions, no ham, no extra cheese, no sesame seed crust. So I called but it was about 10:10p, and it was closed. So I called the driver (he called my phone when he delivered the pizza) and told him I had the wrong pizza. The driver said he was going back to the shop and they would take care of me. I thanked him. He never called/never came back. Today I get to work and called this location and asked for a manager. I was connected to Torrey and she identified herself as the general manager. I explained what had happened and asked if she could credit my card. She said that this could not be done and the only thing she could offer me was $5 in food credit.She was not nice and she was rude. I explained that I paid well over that for the pizza. Torrey said, "sorry" rudely, but that is our owners policy. I will never order food from this location again. The other Jets pizza I order from are so professional and always go out of their way to make certain their customers are happy. This place does not care. Read moreTerrible service. Last year ordered online at 4:30 but the options on the online order would only let me chose to get delivery at 6pm. I called up there immediately at 4:30 and talked to someone who told me that they got the order and it there were no other orders for other customers yet so it was no problem to get that ASAP since the online drop down box had been malfunctioning. I waited an hour. Nothing. TWO hours passed and I called up to the store and asked to speak with a manager. The girl on the phone said she was the manager. I explained what happened and then the girl literally said "uh.. hold on I'm going to the manager." WHAT?!? SO as I'm arguing with the manager who confessed that she spoke with me earlier and she had made the mistake, I got a knock on the door. It was the delivery guy. I had already tipped 25% on my card online and when I took the food (I'm still on the phone with his manager who heard him) he said "A cash tip would be appreciated." I grabbed the receipt and showed him my 25% tip, that I KNOW he knew about and let him know that his manager had heard him. So what did they do for me? At about 6pm I called the store to see if my pizza was in route and they told me that it was on it's way. At 6:20pm I called again to see where my pizza was and was told with an attitude that the person I talked to before wasn't her. Then I called back 10min later asking for a manager to speak with and was talking to totally nasty with an attitude. So, then I asked for the general manager which was supposedly her as well. I had my coworker call back and ask for the name of the manager which is apparently Jade. I was a manager at a pizza place before and the way this woman handled the situation was totally rude. What she should of said was that she would call her driver and see where they were at on another phone and that should of been the right way to approach the situation.
