Just because it fills up your tummy doesn't mean it's actually good. My mom used to like their Birria, now I ordered it to go and it's all looking like Menudo, super salty, meat is hard and in small chunks like if it was made for Carne con Chile. Not sure what is happening with many of these "Mexican" restaurants lately. Things are getting super expensive, even if some of us pay extra for them to make it right, they still decide to not deliver. Microwaved tortillas that are falling apart when you grab them? Really? Last Carnitas burrito I ordered was drenched in Manteca (lard), just dripping from the bottom as I took a bite, bag was already wet before I unwraped it. Seriously, where has your pride for cooking gone to? Since when did many of these restaurants stopped doing it right? Is it just greed? Just do things right.
