Terrible! If you know what’s good for you, stay far away from this place. The service was subpar from the get go. We waited a decent amount of time to be greeted after being sat and for our orders to be taken which was strange since it was very slow at the time. When it came time to pay the bill, both my card and my partner’s card were declined. The waitress with the long brown hair tied back started talking poorly about us in Spanish and said we were complaining when all I asked was if they had an atm. She called over a server named AMADO who was blatantly rude. Very loudly in Spanish he had said they ‘your card has no money, you can’t complain because you don’t have money.” He didn’t think we spoke or understood Spanish which is hilarious in it itself but besides the point. I used that same card that was declined to retrieve money from the atm and pay my bill. Funny that I was able to do that since ‘I have no money’ 😂 I left the money on our table and dipped but came back in within ten minutes to speak to a manager but no manager was on duty at the time. I called AMADO out on his comments and he admitted his guilt but never once apologized for his actions. And for that, he should be fired.

AND they have no soap in the women’s restroom. Just saying, rude and unclean.

Update: I spoke with Laura, the owner yesterday and she was apologetic about the situation. However, when we went into the restaurant to speak with Alberto we didn’t get that same vibe. He wasn’t attentive to what we had to say and allowed people to interrupt our conversation at times. If you actually cared about our concern then you’d have a private conversation with us. He did give us a full refund but to top it off he wound up giving us a gift card with no balance as a way of enticing us to come back in....

My family and I eat here all the time. We LOVE Mexican food. It's very comfortable, there are spacious booths and lots of tables. The bar has a ton of stools to sit at. This place is CLEAN, everytime we come in someone is cleaning something, the bathrooms are spotless, it's really nice. They have daily deals throughout the week, I'm not sure what they are off hand but everyday has something different. Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and quick with service. Hot freshly made tortilla chips are on the table with yummy salsa as soon as you are seated. My son and I both LOVE horchata and they make it so well there, creamy and delicious. Their Mexican rice is to die for. I'm a vegetarian and they have things to easily pick out off the menu but other times have been great about me ordering something customized to my liking. The kids meals are great, they've got standard fare for picky eaters like crinkle cut fries and chicken fingers, that kind of thing. Very well made. They do have kids Mexican food too though. They make the food your order super fast. It's out within like 15 minutes. So if you're just dying to get a bite to eat, you can get delicious authentic Mexican food really quick.

In the bar area there is a cute little train that circles around the room up high if you put a quarter in it. If it stops at a certain point you can win...

WON'T COMEBACK EVER ... I can't complain about the food. My experience coming to place wasn't the way I expected we got here around 8 pm the time for closing is supposed to be 10:00 first our waitress wasn't so friendly it was like she was being forced to attend us first we ordered our drinks and then she wanted the ordered right away we take more time. By the time we were ready she wasn't around our drinks were empty she came by take the ordered and didn't even ask if we needed more drinks she left didn't came back for another 15 min I looked at the the other side she was sitting with other workers eating and probably having her brake i don't know i understand she was probably hungry but why would you put someone to attend a table if they are hungry or taking a break... after that she got up with the others and they all started sweeping around us moving chairs roughly it was like they want it us to leave i really hated the way they all act about it when I complain even who I think was the manager who was just smiling to every word i say like I was overreacting ...I mean there was no one else at that place the last thing they could do was being friendly and do a great service to the only table at that place very ...
