Burger King — Restaurant in Ashland

This has to be one of the worst Burger Kings I have ever been to. it's not because the service was a bad because it wasn't. it's because when I arrived my vehicle could barely navigate the parking lot due to the amount of ice buildup and pitting. My vehicle could not even go through the drive-thru. Trust me I tried. Once I found a spot that wasn't flooded with 5 to 8 in of water, I made my way to where I thought the walkway was only to find that it was nearly impassable. whoever was in charge of shoveling the snow out of the way clearly did not plan ahead as there was barely 18 in of sidewalk width between snow bankings. Had someone arrived in a wheelchair they would not have been able to get into the building without significant assistance. And the drive-thru would not have been an alternative since it required a high clearance four-wheel drive vehicle to navigate. Management really needs to take a look at snow removal policies at this location.

Having said all that I was pleased with how quickly my food came out and how friendly the counter workers and kitchen workers were. they had to make a few changes to my order as there was missing components but they were more than reasonable with their substitutes. It was quiet and...

2nd time there in the last couple months and I'm very disappointed. To begin the 1st time as I was eating I saw the girl at the counter grab fries from the bin and eat them then go out for a cigarette and come back for more fries. Not washing her hands. The 2nd time there was an employee that had her kid there still in pajamas throwing a fit cause she wanted her phone back that he was watching a show on. That same girl in the 15 min we were there she took 3 cigarette breaks all in plain site of us. The bathrooms were horrible. My girlfriend said there was urine on every seat in the ladies room and the mens room was so dirty. The tables had food on them and no one was wiping them down. Outside there was trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Trash can over flowing. We will NOT be back unsanitary and very poor management of they actually call themselves management. The review about winter and not being able to navigate the parking lot was spot on. Also the fire exit had so much snow in front of it that no one would be able to escape if needed. Worst BK in NH in my opinion. Should have figured when we pulled in. At 2 in afternoon. Driveway is empty, beside 2 cars that looked abandoned (what i assumed to be employee vehicles) The grass is waist high, and doesnt look like it had been touched all summer. I look into the restaurant and see chairs still on the tables. At that point I thought they were closed down. But then I saw someone..... Or something move slowly behind the counter?!?! It was like a bad scene from a zombie movie..... Either way I then notices that the lights were on??? We were hangry so eff it!!!. Grabbed some fries and frappe. The fries were as cold as the frappe, and stale as the humour I have tried putting into this review.....trust me it wasn't funny by any means.... After watching them throw 2.?.?... Plus lbs of fries away I only had to wait an extra 8 to 10 min for them to finish making my fries. May not have been 10 min but it felt longer than that Soooooo..... Ya ?? Next time I guess I'll let a clown...
