Dunkin' — Restaurant in Aspen Hill

This Dunkin’s service is absolutely terrible. I’ve mobile ordered from here 2 times, and my order has not been ready on time once. Yesterday, I had my order set for pick up at 6:30am. I got there at 6:35am and they hadn’t even started my order! I got a dozen donuts, and 10 munchkins. They weren’t even working on it when I got there. They were prioritizing their in-store clients. A group of 4 walked in while I was there, ordered at the front, and left before my order was even started. There was a gentlemen who had been there waiting for his mobile order of donuts before I even got there, and they hadn’t started his order. I waited patiently giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were super busy, but that they knew I was waiting. They didn’t even ask me what I was there for. The gentlemen who had been waiting longer that I had, had to interrupt and say that he’s still waiting on his donuts. Then I said I am as well. This was at 6:37. It took them a couple minutes to even start our orders. I left there at 6:40 with my order. They had no excuse and did not apologize. I was severely disappointed with the service here. DO NOT COME HERE! worst experience at a dunkin. my fiancé and I were greeted with this lady that had a horrible attitude. we asked for a moment at the drive through so she decided it was best to just ask another coworker to come to the window to greet us in spanish instead. ( We asked for a minute to look at the menu, not an interpreter.) They have almost no food or drinks “in stock” so we were already compromising our experience there. We made it to the window when the lady who originally greeted us finally decided to attend to us. Only to be given what seems like leftover donuts. ( don’t get any sprinkled donuts, they will only come with sprinkles on the side with very little frosting ) So we went inside as we weren’t satisfied with the food or drinks we were given to ask for a refund. I felt very interrogated and got backed into a corner by, again, their very rude employees. After minutes of the interrogation we were eventually told we have to come at 6am the next day if we wanted to speak to the manager so we can possibly get our refund but that our food looked just fine to them. This Dunkin’s service is abhorrent. I’ve mobile ordered from here 3 separate times, and my order has not been ready on time once. Today, I had my order set for pick up at 6am, learning my lesson from the day prior of my order not being ready on time. Mind you, I put this order in LAST NIGHT so it would be the first thing they’d see. So I got there at 6:12 and they hadn’t even finished HALF of the order! I got 2 dozen donuts, 50 munchkins and a muffin. They had 6 donuts ready. They weren’t even working on it when I got there. They were prioritizing their in-store clients just like they did the day before. I had to interrupt and say “hey I had my order set for pick up at 6, it’s 6:12” and then 3 minutes later, they had someone working on the rest of my order. I left there at 6:20 with my order. They had no excuse and did not apologize. I’m never coming back here again, and I’m spreading the word at my workplace which is across the street, to not go to this location....
