Solid pizza joint, opted for the thick crust but after having it, we would probably just do the thin crust should we cross paths again with this place. Nice employees, slightly above average pizza and a very clean establishment. What's stopping this from getting a 5 star review was the crust was a tad bit burnt for our liking. Not sure if that's how they all are made, but there were some parts as you can see that tasted burnt considering. Also for dine in, maybe have some plates available as an option? We ate out of the box which is fine but we looked around a good 2 minutes for plates only to realize there wasn't any. Probably will be back for the kids eat free day!

Bought a Pellegrino SPARKLING water $4.50. After waking away from the checkout I noticed that its flat. Went back to the counter but was told that they just open a fresh box (I'm not exactly sure what that had to do with anything and it sounded like it's my fault) but NO exchange or refund for the bottle. FYI.. If I wanted regular water I would just get regular out of a vending machine for half the amount. Last time there.

We stumbled into this place and decided to stop for lunch. The gentleman who took our order and made our pizza was sooo stingy with the sauce and cheese. We didn't get any toppings so they could have gave us more of the sauce and cheese. The lady that was also working wasn't being stingy to everyone else's pizza so that was disappointing. Pizza was just okay, nothing special really. Overall, just an okay experience here.

When we entered I had my niece get in line as I needed to use the restroom. I was stopped almost immediately and told I was not allowed to use the restroom until I ordered. I pointed out that my niece was in line and I really needed to use the restroom. No budging this employee as she then raised her voice and spoke to me over three other customers that they had a “bathroom” policy. So I didn’t want to embarrass myself or my niece so I managed to wait in line till I ordered AND went all the way through the assembly which took what seemed like forever as my neice had Celiac and had to be sure her order was handled properly. When our pizzas went into the oven I quickly turned to go use the restroom to which I again was embarrassed by the loud voice from behind the counter that informed me I had to now pay for our pizza before I could use the bathroom. At this point I didn’t care what she said because due to a medical condition I now was NOT able to wait. I did respond by saying “no, I will pay when I get back, I’ve waited and now can not” When I returned to the counter to pay, our pizza was sitting on the back counter. As I was trying to now pay the manager (who refused to give me her name) raised her voice at me to inform me that “if I don’t like their policy I could just leave” I tried to calmly and quietly explain the circumstances but was met with her loudly announcing “do not raise your voice and speak to me like this “ really I was just so upset and now getting angry. If my niece did not have autism and was excited to go to this establishment because it was “safe” food on her diet I would have left our food and walked out. I asked to pay and take our pizza to go to which we were told “that would be a good idea”! As we were walking out my niece asked “why was that lady so mean to you?” She wanted to know why people can not use the bathroom unless you pay? I can understand not allowing people to just come and go using the restroom but it was very obvious not to mention I tried to explain while my niece was in line to order. To top it all off, our pizza was basically raw and cold, inedible until we got home and re- cooked it. $42 for 2 raw pizzas, 2 drinks and a whole lot of embarrassing rude service! This was the last time myself or our family visits this establishment . Left a voice mail at corporate to which I have had no response. Advice- go to Mod or use the bathroom before you...

I was baffled by the lack of consideration for families and small children. My family and I were there today at about 1:30 PM on Saturday. The staff did not welcome us in at all. We had a stroller and two children. They immediately demanded that we walk around the tables with our stroller, although the table we wanted was immediately to our right. As I walked my little one to the lavatory, they yelled across the room to say that we would have to order and pay before allowing a 3 year old to use the bathroom. Clearly the rest of my family was settling in with the stroller before ordering.I told them my little one can’t hold it and they commented amongst each other, as my daughter did “the dance”, before finally allowing us. One of two bathrooms was out of service. The other was in service but the toilet paper holder fell off was half off the wall and fell (tile and all) as my toddler reached for paper. After that horrible experience, we walked out. They lost the business of 5 hungry customers that day. Even my toddler said the staff’s behavior was “stinky and rude”. I couldn’t agree more. The staff were Not friendly, inconsiderate,...

The place is decent and I liked the fact that they have whole wheat base option. The place is also Vegan friendly as they do offer Vegan cheese. The staff was good as they replaced my pizza when it broker in the oven.

Pros: Clean place, nice layout, wheat base option, vegan cheese, courteous staff, good tasting pizza

Cons: if you add slot of ingredients and cheese the pizza base does not hold and breaks in the oven. The staff did not knew the ingredients in all the food neither did they offer to look into a nutritional list when asked specifically for. Also when we went they weren't busy to have not looked for it. Costlier than MODS Pizza. MODS Pizza offers better value for money.

Conclusion: MODS is a better value for money. If MODS not around then a good option to go for. Please remember to not load the pizza with cheese and veggies else...
