Wow! This place has really gone downhill. I remember there was a time when I could say I had one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life from this location... But not now. I ordered a small toffee nut blast and a small pickle fry with ranch and when I got my blast it had a single scoop of candy on the top and absolutely nothing throughout it was just solid white ice cream and when I said something to them about it they brought me a separate little container of candy like I should fix it myself then when I started to eat my fries I realized there was no ranch and the manager was extremely rude to me and when they brought it out and I said thank you the lady just said, "mmmhmm"! I mean, really? As if that's not bad enough, last week when I was here I ordered their trick or treat blast in chocolate and it was not chocolate at all and when I said something to them they brought me back the same exact blast with a squirt of Hershey syrup on the top as if I needed to mix it myself! I try to give everyone and every establishment the benefit of the doubt. “They’re going through a rough patch” or “they’re understaffed” but I am absolutely flabbergasted at the complete and utter ridiculousness of this place. The last FOUR times over a span of maybe 6 months the ice cream machine was “broken.” Because the order was placed via the app they said to get a refund I needed to call the corporate number? LOL no.
This last time was the final straw. I (as per usual) ordered a blast. I arrived and (as per usual) the ice cream machine was down. So I just said I want a refund for both of them. He comes back with the “blasts” which were quite literally whip cream, some like warm milk liquid and a POUND of m&ms.

I am 8 months pregnant and crave ice, yes you probably know who I am as I order 4 bags a week and up to 5 cups a day. I am at this sonic more than I would like to admit. But I wait 20 minutes patiently to place my order. I hear each person place there order around me in which your “credit card machines” seems to be working just fine. I see you struggling to to fulfill each order as you are visibly the only employee on duty. But by the time you take my order, your machines are miraculous not working.
