I have always really liked Sprinkles, especially the ATM. I was excited to use them to promote our new business. I ordered 8 boxes of 6 cupcakes and 6 orders of pup-cakes. I picked up my order as I was instructed.. she pointed to the shelf, I took the bags and placed them in my car. There were two bags so I assumed my order would be correct. The store was empty. One person working the front counter and two people chatting away in the back office. As I started my deliveries, I realized all of my orders of pup-cakes were missing. Concerned at this lack of detail, I opened one of the boxes to see what the actual cupcakes looked like. I had them specially made with letters on them. They were a mess. They looked like someone corn hole tossed the cupcakes into the box. A letter was missing from a cupcake, and the items weren’t very appealing. I called the store location and hung up after 8 minutes on hold. I drove back up there to be greeted by an empty store and the two same people in the back chatting away. The girl at the front fixed my order, but it was extremely frustrating to have to drive back, in person, waste my time and my gas… just to have them fulfill an order I had already paid for. If they had just answered the phone, I would have just asked for a credit. I won’t use them again for anything. I gave them my budget for our new business and they gave me a sloppy mess. ...

Been waiting forever for Sprinkles to open in Austin. I probably submitted a billion requests for them to open in Austin. I've had to get my cupcake fix when I go to Houston. I'm super excited for this location to open and how perfect for it to be in Austin at the Domain!

I came here on opening weekend and there was a line out the door we decided to come back another day. I came here today during my lunch break and it was very nice, there were a few people inside waiting but nothing compared to this weekend.

The Cupcake ATM was down when we got there so we had to go inside, which I don't mind, but it would have been nice to have it up and working because the service inside was pretty slow. There was one person taking orders and only one person filling the orders.

This location has a few things to work on to be more aligned with the other stores. The frosting on the cupcakes are pretty sloppy and not consistent with Sprinkles. The service is slow for packaging. And the packaging needs work, the single cupcakes were put in bags and not boxes which is odd to me, when there is a tub of single boxes sitting on the counter.

The cupcake was a little dry and the frosting consistency was a little off. I would say there was a lot left to be desired today, but it won't stop me from coming back since it's only down the street now. I hope they get things together after this first month up...

Not worth the price or the hype! As a baker and cake decorator myself, I really try to give good feedback and credit but this was not the experience I truly thought I would have since most people tend to love these cupcakes. I was really reluctant to try these as I usually make all of our cakes and cupcakes myself. Maybe my expectations were just too high going into this. Who knows......... Here was my experience... Chocolate PB had an odd flavor and consistency of cake was off. Lemon Coconut cake had very little flavor, almost like a vanilla cake with too little vanilla (tasted like flour), with lemon frosting and sweetened coconut on top. All cake consistencies were crumby and dense, not like "cake" is supposed to be. They had more of a cornbread consistency. All of them were extremely dry and the tops hard. They were clearly baked too long or at too high of a temp. The frosting had already started to harden which tells me they were left out and not fresh. Maybe this was a Covid thing. Maybe they're just not busy enough and not selling what they are baking on a daily basis. I'm not really sure but spending $53 for 12 cupcakes is not something I will be doing at Sprinkles again. I will say though there were some GF cupcakes in there that were really good. Nice flavor, moist and airy. The Lemon Blueberry one was my fav! Kudos on...

I was looking forward to try the cupcakes here with my kids. The store only has room for about 3 people at a time to place orders. Otherwise you have to wait outside. Orders are placed on tablets and if you have a question there's an employee the counter who will sarcastically answer your questions and make you wonder if it's even worth getting food there. I had a red velvet cupcake.. my kids had a Vanilla and a Vanilla sprinkle cupcake after the ones that they wanted we're sold out.. it was towards the end of the day so it's understandable. My red velvet cake part had no flavor. Like nothing, not even a hint of vanilla. It was so plain. The frosting was good though so that helps the situation. I bought my husband a carrot cake and he said it was very plain and wasn't impressed. I figured with all of the flavors in a normal carrot cake it would make a difference, but nope none. My kids just ate the frosting so they were content. There's so many places that have treats in The Domain so I suggest going to one of those if you're looking for a better experience than we had. I am overall disappointed.

Sprinkles is my fave spot to go to when I want to indulge in a good cupcake, but I am too lazy to prepare it at home. As a previous pastry chef, I love the attention to detail sprinkles always gives to all their cupcakes. Disregard the melted icing, as it was in the car with me for a few hours as I traveled before I ate it. I tried the PRIDE cupcake during PRIDE month & for my birthday treat in June, and I was pleasantly surprised. The presentation overall was a 10/10, however it fell a bit short in taste for me. I love sweets, but even this was far too sweet for me to finish. It consists of a moist Funfetti cupcake, with sprinkles that fall out of its center as you cut it. I thoroughly enjoyed trying the cupcake and my followers raves about the review on Snapchat! I am a vegan red velvet gal through and through, and that still continues to be my favorite flavor that I have ever tried from sprinkles. The staff was friendly and even wished me happy birthday!

Anka was very rude after I asked her what was inside the Pride cupcake. She replied, “the picture is up there” Then I asked I can see that but what’s inside.. cream? She replied sarcastically sprinkles. Like I was bothering her while they were packing orders. Good thing I was about to self pay and didn’t tip as these girls have no customer service skills at all. This is not the first time. Plus what’s up with not handing out napkins or having a dispenser. I always have to ask for one as they have them hidden behind the counter in a drawer. I am a frequent customer but I think this was the last time here. Nordstrom has a few pastries that are also homemade or just go next door to Starbucks. I don’t understand why people are so rude especially when it’s self order.
