Sproutz — Restaurant in Aventura

We've been visiting Sproutz for years, started visiting them at their Sunny Isles location and were so happy to see they opened up a location next to us in Aventura recently!

Sproutz is located in the Treats Food Hall on the upper floor of the Aventura Mall, near the escalators/bathroom area. We typically order in advance of our arrival on the Toast app and pick it up as we're driving to the mall. Every time we order, the food is ready and is on time and everything is still all fresh and warm when we get it.

All employees are always consistently so nice, warm and welcoming and helpful.

My husband and I usually order the wraps (around $14 each). I personally love the Chipotle Chicken wrap with the homemade sweet ginger dressing. The ingredients are all very fresh and everything is of an amazing quality! We always get the sweet potato waffle fries to add on as a side for around $3/each and we love how these are baked and crispy around some of the edges.

We usually go to Sproutz every couple of weeks and always look forward...

Delicious and Satisfying Lunch at Sproutz at Aventua mall!!!

I had the pleasure of trying out the Protein Bowl with falafel and I also had a side of sweet potato and avocado at the Sproutz - S location today, and it was fantastic! The bowl was packed with fresh ingredients and perfectly delicious Falafel and very tasty 😋 sweet potato 🍠!!😅🥰that was both flavorful and tender. The portion size was generous, making it a great value for the price. I also loved the combination of veggies and grains, which provided a nice balance of textures and flavors.

The ambiance at this location ( Aventura mall ) is clean and inviting, with a friendly staff that made the experience even better. It’s clear they care about the quality of their food and the satisfaction of their customers. If you're looking for a healthy, protein-packed meal that doesn't compromise on taste, I highly recommend the Protein Bowl with Chicken. I’ll definitely be returning to try more of...

After long day driving around in Miami, we stopped by the mall for quick errands. I have decided to try this healthier spot but the wait time for food was so long that my family finished their meal (from somewhere else). Everyone else got their food. I completely understood and went with it since I know they have many orders. After getting the chicken burrito and all that wait didn’t justify it. It was such bland burrito, chicken from their microwave or little oven. I agree w other comment - it was so small and thin. The thing that disappointing me the most is bland taste. Absolutely tasteless and if I didn’t have side of dip it would be even worse. No veggies as promised and I wish I ate veggie Chipotle burrito instead. It was not worth it. I’m sure their salads and juices taste...
