Senorial Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Banning

This restaurant was one of the best best restaurants in banning but now it's one of the worst worst restaurants in banning so I order a beef soup with some rice of course it comes with rice in the side $20 for this soup okay I asked her did you guys made it today and she goes yeah right away when I got home I have to warm it up not only that right away you can tell The meat was not cooked with the soup at a different flavor. The vegetables was raw it was very very bad soup I always order soup from that place and it was the best but now not only $20 for this tiny little plate seriously okay so I complain to the owner she was there I told her to 3 months ago I bought some soup and the rice was so salty that it messed up the whole entire soup it was salty I called them right away and I reported it to them they'd never said listen we'll give you the money back or do you want something else nothing they did not apologize neither so right now I seen her for the first time since a while and I told her about the soup having too much salt I mean salt the soup is okay but the rice was salty very very salty so I was telling her you won't believe it she just looked at me and she turned around and went to the back of the restaurant would that apologizing without saying do you would want a soda I'm sorry man for the experience you had nothing nothing you know this is so bad this restaurant you need to think about it before you go to this restaurant because if you go with your family respect you to spend at least $200 because it's very very very expensive not only is expensive it's okay if expensive but you know what the quality the food needs to be good and it's not good anymore trust me you guys is not good I am so mad right now because I didn't get an apology that's what makes me angry so I I'm letting you know what's going on with this restaurant it's not you if you want to go spend $1,000 in the restaurant because it's very expensive I'm telling you there's no way it is you and your husband and maybe two or three kids you going to be paid a lot of money not worth it this restaurant is not...

The food was really good. The service was HORRIBLE. Most of the time there was only 1 server. She never refilled our drinks. We had to ask her to refill them. She never came back. I had to grab our cups and take them to the kitchen and ask for refills. They took the cups and put them down. I went back to our table. The cups just sat there. After a few mins I went back to the servers who were talking and asked for our drinks. They finally found the time to slowly bring them to our table. They also never brought a check. They don't. You have to walk up to the kitchen entrance and tell them your done. They never told us this was their process. They are just very bad at customer service and communication. Very sad. Food was good, but there are other places I will try. I just moved to Banning and this was my first restaurant...

It was the worse experience 😪 I asked for a caldo de res one of my favorite soup and when it came I tasted like no flavor so I thought because I was feeling sick may be it was that but I keep putting lime and tapatio and still tasted like I was drinking water with it so I realized that what they did was add hot water on the soup and that's why it tested like that I was upset 😡 and the waitress came and asked if everything was OK and I told her about the soup and asked yo take it away and at the end instead asking me if I would want another one nothing they still charge me for the soup with the 50% of what a shame of restaurant I definitely not ever come back there the food its horrible again it wasn't about the money it was about...
