Los Chilangos — Restaurant in Bellevue

I wish I took photos of the Truck showing a bunch of weddings they have catered. I loved seeing the couple posing with their plates of food. It's amazing food and I understand why they wanted to take pictures of the catering at their weddings. When I found the breakfast tacos I knew I had to get them for lunch. Those 2 tacos filled me up almost as much as a full breakfast plate at a sit down dinner. It was perfect for me since it's not to much or to small. The egg was perfect done and the carne asada was amazingly good. Like really really good. I'm not sure I could eat 3 of those but I'd be really dam happy to try. Only downside is the location, I wish they were next to a nice little park or something with outdoor seating. If they were id probably be there 1-2...

I got a carnitas taco plate. The meat was 11/10, and all the garnishes seemed so fresh. Rice&beans are both a lil salty for me but easily balanced out with a good squeeze of lime. I think it was $14, more than some taco trucks but I think the generous amount of meat per taco and the fast service made it fair. Forgot to take a pic I was too excited to dig in :) only thing is... I wish this location...

Went here to get a Torta and I have to say best Torta I’ve had in a long time Bellevue is hiding one of the best taco trucks I’ve been to yet!!!!
