The staff who work here are incredibly friendly and wonderful. However, this location engages in anti-union busting practices and management is rude to any customers who express support for unions. I witnessed some customers kicked out of the store when they began trying to educate other consumers about local unionization efforts. If Starbucks is willing to engage in anti-union activity in front of a full store of customers, I can only imagine what they do here behind closed doors. If you can, go to one of the other Starbucks locations that have unionized, and aren't kicking out customers who express support. Management should be embarrassed about how they treat customers here who care...

This morning, I was in a rush to gather supplies from multiple businesses after my coworker fell ill. I called Fairhaven Parkway Starbucks to order carafes of coffee, knowing it was a busy time. The woman who answered assured me they would do their best to have my order ready in 20 minutes.

When I arrived, everything was perfectly prepared, complete with creamer, cups, stirring sticks, napkins, and sugar. I quickly paid and was on my way!

Well, it's Starbucks! What more can I say? And, frankly, what more can be said? Great location (just off I-5 on the way to/from Fairhaven), friendly baristas, all the usual trimmings...

The staff is finally settling​-in here and the place is developing its own personality -- due in no small part to Store Manager, Molly's radiant smile and personal style!

This is a fairly small store and it lacks some of the features of the older, larger Seahome Village store at the next freeway exit north, but it's definitely coming...
