The first time I went there a few weeks ago, I’m assuming is the son was very nice and informative. I got some everything bagels and the onion cream cheese to go and they were good. My husband and I just went there today to get some lunch to go and we both got the chicken salad on a bagel. I am assuming it’s the young daughter that rang us up, she said it would be $19.24 and I asked for two bagel sandwiches it’s $20 that’s a little high especially for not getting chips and a drink with it and she said yes. We sat down to wait and we were looking at the signature sandwiches and none that high on the menu. When she handed our sandwiches I asked her again because the way I read it it’s $9.99 per pound or $6.99 on a bagel. She said she over charged us and then credited back my money and re-rang them up again. This time $17.10 so we still over paid lol she rang us up for $7.99 instead of $6.99. She was short and not very nice. I was hoping for the price there would be a lot of chicken salad on the bagel..wrong. We got ripped off and they should train her on customer service and pricing. Hopefully the credit will show up on my account because as of right now I’ve paid also $40 for...

I must admit I loved the idea. NY style bagels and kaiser roll breakfast sandwiches. The flavor is all there from tthe slightly firm bagel crust to the custom cream cheeses. Good customer service. But what gets me is in the sizes of the bagels and rolls. I dont know why they are so small. Is it because of cost? The size of the equiment in the kitchen? I dont. But WE dont like it. For the cost of the products consumers want more. Bigger sizes My bagel should not be the size of a hockey puck. I spend $31.00 for 2 bagels and 2 kaiser roll bacon egg and chesse sandwiches and 2 coffees. I am not complianing about the price, but rather the size portions. They are not realtive to the dollar amount spent. I suggest making bigger bagels as a option for those you want it, The beauty of having a small bussiness is being unique that is what makes you stand out in the crowded market I wanted NY STYLE bagels not bagles for kids.(Thats how small the bagels are in my opinon.) There is no social media presence other than a website. Please use snapchat and tiktok to get your bussiness out to the masses. Short video content would work for your bussniess model. Unitil then i dont know if i...

I bought the Bagelicious (on an everything bagel) and my husband bought the Hungry Man (on A Hoagie bun). They were pretty good! You could tell how fresh the bread and bagel were!! But I was disappointed in the flavor of my breakfast sandwich. It was extremely bland (which is super weird, having an everything bagel. My husband said the same thing, except he said the sausage saved it a little bit by giving it a tiny bit of flavor. Hopefully they add more seasonings to the eggs; and placing a little more meat on it would help, too (there was a super thin slice of ham that I couldn't even taste).

I definitely want to try more things from them, though! I'm excited that a place like this is here and I don't want to detract anyone from trying them! I gave them 5 stars because I need to try more items. I'm hoping my experience gets better with each visit!

I'll update my stars after...

We decided to have dinner after seeing the new menu posted on Facebook. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty at 7pm on a Saturday night. We had to call out to see if anyone was working. This should have been a sign to leave. The owner (?) came out to take our order with a mouth full of food. We ordered scallops with mushroom risotto and the lobster tail over cheesy grits. We got rice in a cheesy sauce with some sort of fish, and a lobster tail over cheesy angel hair pasta. My husband’s meal (pictured) definitely did not include mushrooms, risotto, or scallops. We questioned our meals and were told that the menu changed. I wanted to like our meal and give this restaurant our business. But the food was terrible. We paid for our meals ($30 each) and left. This was by far the worst dining experience we have ever had. They should stick to bagels.

To say that this place is the best bagel shop in a 500 mile radius is still probably underselling it! They make everything themselves like a REAL bakery.... you don't find many of these anymore. The coffee is excellent (if you're a fan of Starbucks mud you might not like it) and fresh. The menu is widely varied for both breakfast and lunch. If you're looking for a great breakfast sandwich or just a bagel and you've had enough of the "chain" places with the industrially produced food then check these folks out! It's family owned and I preferentially look for places like this. If I could have given them ten stars I would have! The shop is diagonally across from the Pep Boys and a great place to go while your vehicle is getting worked on.
