How about you provide proper training for your staff?? This Subway has always left something to be desired over the years, but I was hopeful it would improve. Apparently that was wishful thinking. They have messed up my orders several times. And here's a suggestion, when you have online orders and a customer walks in and stands by the register, acknowledge the customer! It took the person making sandwiches to acknowledge me standing there after 5 minutes since the 2 employees at the register didn't care enough to, and she didn't even ask me my name or ask the other 2 to verify if the online order sitting there was mine. No, I got to stand there for another 5-10 minutes, and sure enough it was my order sitting there the whole time. Or how about this BRILLIANT idea, have a flippin "online order" rack like Firehouse Subs so you don't have to rely on someone to take the whole 15 seconds to acknowledge you and see if your order is ready. It's simple no brainer things like this that I'll skip this place and go to Firehouse Subs where they half a clue about...

Read moreI like Subway, I don’t love it. It’s the only sub sandwich shop in town and that’s what’s terrible is the owners could care less about service or quality, probably about their staff. They know they are going to make money no matter what because it’s the only sandwich shop. They don’t ever reply or acknowledge a complaint. One time with a $90 order and $10 tip not a single sandwich was correct. We all ate it of course because we were hungry. I sent a nice message not even really complaining just acknowledging hey this happened not a single reply. Today we ordered 3 sandwiches and not a single one correct. We ate them because we’re hungry and it wasn’t too far off just missing bacon that we payed extra for on 2 sandwiches and mayo and mustard jalapeños. The guys were nice.
